2:1 win for the bhoys in green. Pretty confident. Was always the away match we had to survive without too much a damage and goals to catch up.

    Starting team:
    ------------Gordon
    Lustig Toure O'Connell Tierney
    -----------Brown
    --------Bitton Rogic
    --Roberts Griff Dembelle

I like the 'fluidity' BR sets up his tactics with. He changed it around a lot last week and once the players get used to the different systems they will be able to switch it up to great effect imo.

For example, that exact same same line up can easily change to:
    ------------Gordon
    ------Lustig Toure O'Connell
    Roberts---------------------Tierney
    ----------Bitton---Brown
    --------------Rogic
    ----------Griff Dembele

    Or many other variations.
Only slight changes but makes us more adaptable to how the opposition sets up. Unlike the rigid predictability we've had over the last few seasons.

    I reckon we'll win 2-1.
Go 2-0, then give away a late goal and spend the last 10 minutes behind the couch.

The last ten minutes. If big Efe plays I usually spend the whole 90 mins there lol

I concerned about this too, to be honest.
Toure looks like he has a bit to go yet.
He might not be ready for Wednesday.

Roberts should be as far up the pitch as possible so he has to defend as little as possible and can do what he does best. He got roasted a couple of times off Astana's winger.

Looks like Toure is carrying a fair amount of timber around the shoulders.
That will take a few weeks of intensive training and dieting to shift.
He wouldn't last the ninety minutes against Astana.

Think playing Toure against astana would be a massive massive risk

    4 draws, 3 loss... 2 goals scored.

Adding to the fact that they weren't too impressive at home, that's encouraging.

I will be backing Celtic at 13-20. Normally I would probably play safe and just back us to qualify but can't see it been 0-0 so 1-1 after 90 mins is the only result I am wary off, however I am pretty confident.

It's going to be a massive risk whatever we do, because it is only 1-1, and this team are still dangerous. Tierney got roasted down that wing constantly, not often you can say that, and whatever CB pairing we elect on is going to be makeshift.

Still a helluva lot of work to do yet.
