    Was initially raging that I couldn't get away early from work. Having seen the team I'm not sure my heart could take it watching that. Praying we can come out of this unscathed. Incredible that we find ourselves in this position though, what a monumental gamble we are taking for the 4th year on the trot.

    When your defence is weak, the best option is to open up and flood them, just take the game to them, try get an early goal, they have to open up, we might get a 2nd. If we do get ahead or are say 1-0 up with 10/20 minutes to go we shut up shop and hold tight, they will be a lot fitter, so the 3 subs will be vital and at the right times. We are going to see how good Rodgers is tonight for sure, this is his biggest test to date, but that is the case every game init :icon_mrgreen: Very bold starting 11, but attacking and putting them on the back foot is something they might not expect, they will maybe presume we will defend deep and counter.

    Without the ball? We have to cover the wide areas, this is the main danger Rodgers said in the pre-match press conference yesterday, they get good quick balls into the box, 3 at the back is good for height, but stopping the crosses has to be the 1st priority. 2nd priority is 1st, 2nd then 3rd phase defending. 1st we have to win 2nd balls if our defenders get a head to them, then get it to an attacker quickly.
