    Gordon
    Janko Lustig O'Connell Tierney
    Armstrong Brown McGregor
    Roberts
    Griffiths Dembele

Janko and Tierney have to be conservative. Stay focused on defending first and foremost. But they also have pace to counter. Brown has to stick to his position as well, protecting the defence rather than running all over the place.

Give Roberts a free role so he isn't stuck out on the wing all night.

Am I the only one not too perturbed by the pitch?

We'll be able to pass it about fine on that surface and it's a hundred times better than that exception to the rule farce in Gibraltar. It looks quite a good one to me.

    The couple wee brown bits?

You do realise the White shiny bits is just the light reflecting off the blades?? It's the angle it's been taken. I've played on several of these surfaces and some of them look like that from some angles but they're actually quality

Looks a bit bald and uneven to me. Not a fan of artificial pitches full stop.

These pitches are a * joke.. This is the champions league and if you haven't got a proper pitch you should be told to do one or the game switched to somewhere that doesn't give one team an extremely unfair advantage.. shambles..

Aye, lose tomorrow and you can guarentee every player will be getting it with comments of "never rated him", "wouldnt care if he was sold", "should never play again", "would send him back to Man City", "bottlers", "big games", "worst team since 1994", "zonal marking". Threads of "is Rodgers overrated", "what does John Kennedy do", "who is Chris Davies anyway".

Win tomorrow "Is Roberts better than Nakamura", "Dembele could be world class", "if Bitton was this consistent he'd be worth £15million", "I knew Scott Brown would get back to his best", "Lustig should stay at centre half he was superb", "McGregor is actually our best player now", "I never rated O'Connell before but he looks brilliant", "Rodgers could be the best since Stein", "imagine this team with Toure and Sviatchenko" etc

Draw... "They looked * we will pump them at Celtic Park".

Aye, it looks * atrocious. I'm not buying your theory of camera angles and light bouncing off the blades either :smiley-laughing002:

*, worrying that Erik is out. Lustig has to play, Ambros and O'Connell could be the worst CB pairing in my lifetime :31:

With Erik out I'd go for-
    Janko Lustig O'Connell Izzy/Efe Tierney

Janko and Tierney as wing backs, both have the pace to get up and down.

Unsure whether Efe or Izzy would start, Efe does have more pace plus Izzy isn't the best at defending.
