Preach peace understanding and tolerance as much as possible across all cultures and nationalities.

Strive for equality and a good standard of living and education across the globe.

Redistribute the wealth somehow, not calling for communism but capitalism in its current form needs tweaked.

Work towards what I described above .

I guess trying to cut down on the huge numbers of civilians killed by drones and attack helicopters in countries we are trying to police.

There is no short term fix though.

I for one would start with a total reassessment of our foreign policy toward Israel, the Middle East, Russia & under developed countries in Africa.

Well given that there is no chance of any of what you mentioned happening, what do you realistically think?

    Thats all you can do.

All in know is that if the middle east wasnt such a mess just now , one which we massively helped to create then it wouldnt be such a breeding ground for terrorists.

They would also find it harder to radicalize sympathizers in the western world.

    Have you got any suggestions?

I find that hard to believe.

We have to accept them the same way we accept earthquakes and floods.

In the longer term we should do what others have already posted. But we shouldn't be doing that because of terrorism. We should be doing that because it's the right thing to do.

Surely, firstly we've got to stop interfering.
Secondly, not to prop up oil rich wealthy despots & sell crowd control vehicles/systems to dictatorships.
Thirdly, our leaders need to get a feckin soul & have dome ethics & morals when arranging deals with under developed countries. We need to stop exploiting people for the sake of capitalism. Nigeria beinfpg a prime example.

Well its true. Im at a loss. I really dont know what we should do.

I totally accept we made a mess, but that doesnt mean we do nothing until the numbers of fatalities are equal.

If by others, you mean the equal world stuff ynwa suggested, well yes, in an ideal world that is the aim, but it isnt going to happen is it? Not in the next 500 years.

So meanwhile, we do nothing but accept it? Until they find some maniacal idiot who thinks allah wants him to steal a virus from the lab and lob it into a crowd?

    That could work!

What are we going to do when he throws a virus into the crowd? Sounds like a tipping point for you.

There is nothing we can do short term.

Long term, treat people in the Middle East like they are people, not terrorists and in the future they will act like people, not terrorists.

Obviously that doesn't stop ISIS etc right now, but bombing them just creates more terrorism as we have seen, the younger people in these countries are much less likely to hates us and be radicalised if we don't give them a reason to.

    Really nothing can be done.

Number 1 we should probably accept that "we" are also terrorists.

When you think of it, the muslim terrorist who are causing major problems theres probably only a few 100 thousand of them, vast majority from only half a dozen or so coutries. They are killing 10-20,000 people a year, ruining massive countries and * things up massively.

If you turn it round to "us" America, UK and some other countries Russia and whoever we terrorised their countries the exact same way and still do just now, killing 10s of thousands of them a year, bombing and destorying their countries.

Us stopping doing that and leaving them alone, will probably be the only thing that improves it over time.

We bombed * out them and now we are sitting back thinking of them what they must have thought of us to begin with.
