They are a decent opponent but its easy playing well when there is no pressure on you, the player has had so many chances and * up time after time after time again, a dont think av ever known a footballer in my life who has made as many errors as him he is * utterly hopeless.

cant believe hes getting paid thousands for being a footballer, only thing he can do is somersault he,s got * all else ability, no defensive awareness, poor passing ability, poor descision making

A would rather play 1 of the teenagers from the academy than use ambrose at centre back.

Should be taking 6 off this team .. but I predict a horrible old night .. squeezing through 3-1 or something with a late penalty.

To be honest .. I'd * take that right now. I don't think this mob will go quietly, so we need leadership on the night and cool heads.

For * sake Celtic .. just get it done please.

Am not usually 1 for saying we will win 5-6 nil etc but a think we will murder this outfit at home a really do a was not impressed 1 bit last week, just watching us last week we really struggled on there park this mob are that bad that most of them are not used to playing on grass, with 60000 and a bigger par, a expect the red imps might just take a complete hammering, a hope the players are hurting at there discraceful performance last week.

An early and then a can see us going and getting 6-7 easily, thats how much i rate that outfit that beat us last week:50:

Can't wait.. Honestly think we'll pummel them.

    Gordon
    Lustig Erik Ajer Tierney
    Armstrong Brown McGregor
    Roberts
    Dembele Griffiths

    6-0... Griff(2), McGregor, Roberts, Dembele & Ciftci.

And yet is still a much better option.

Something tells me the players (maybe giving a few too much credit) were far too timid and scared of the plastic pitch, again.

Little part of me can see us being more forceful this game. Seeing great slide tackles from tierney, fighting for every ball in the middle and challenging the 50/50s with determination.

In hopeful of that and hope Brendan has sorted that shambles out from last week.

    Would like to see...

    ----------------gordon
    ------lustig----ajer---svaitchenko
    ----armstrong----brown--mcgregor
    Roberts-----------------------------------tierney
    -----------------dembele--griffiths

Allow both roberts and tierney plenty of freedom to get forward and on roberts side have one of the centre mids cover him defensively to give roberts more time to focus on breaking this mob down.

I'd love to see that team put out. McGregor and Armstrong could be used to give width going forward, Brown sitting back protecting the defence.

We will win by at least five. If we go on an early run we should aim for 10. Not unrealistic for strength of the operation. Let this mob see there was something drastic about our performance in Gibraltar. I knew they would be that sticky and defensive. Same tactics used by Gibraltar in their Euro campaign. * hate these ties. We are not obviously too good for them. But we are CHAMPIONS of our country.

We don't need 3 centre halves against a team who play one striker and will sit deep.

4 at the back will give us far more attacking freedom.

Another option is one centre half with 2 full backs but Strachan played that at Hampden and it was awful. A fair enough experiment but one that didn't work probably due to the size of the pitch.

My preference would be 4 at the back, with one of the centre halves being a midfielder (Ajer or Bitton) or Lustig. I'd sit McGregor in front of the back 4 and you can take your pick for the 2 in front of him.

Griffiths up front, Roberts on the right Not sure about the left.

A nice simple 4-4-2 please. None of this 1 striker pish we've put up with for the last few years. With 200 different role switching * and out of position players. Stick griffiths and the new boy right in there box and attack constantly all night long. Score 7 or 8 then shut it down.
I don't want to see griffiths as a winger. What other team decides there 40 goal striker needs to be a winger to a new kid? It's the new guy who needs to prove himself not griffiths.
At home, 2 strikers back up top like it always should have been. Not a ronny 1 striker formation.

If we don't progress we might as well shut out the lights of Celtic Park permanently.
