    This.

A number of our players have shown they have zero bottle for a scrap or just throw the * towel in when things aren't going our way. IF we don't get an early goal there is a good chance we could implode...its * frightening.

This lot only lost 1-0 away at FC Midtjyelland ( and Erik was playing !) in last years qualifiers, (0-3 on aggregate ) they can defend.

But Im certain if LG starts up front he will get four or five

That is my biggest worry. This team is gutless. It was proven time and time again last season.

Don't. If they score first we will need three to beat them.

The thing is, you can almost guarantee they will get at least one big chance in the game against this Celtic team. If they take it and we aren't already 3 or 4 up at the time, we will be facing a uphill battle. We should still go through after last night, but by not scoring an away goal, it is now a potential banana skin I think.

a bit of calm is needed ,first competitive game on a * park and in 32 degree heat ,thats why it looked like wehhad no energy ,but there cant be any excuses for getting beaten ,these will affect performance but should still take care of them regardless .

I still feel utterly sick and cannot face going out of my house today :99:

Thinking maybe tomorrow and the next day will be the same :90:

The return leg cannot come soon enough so I can get out to the shops :31:

Even Flemish newspapers picked up on this and some of my friends and colleagues mentioned the result (normally nobody here notices much about Celtic except for the big European games and the hun games). :87:

We definitely need a lot of changes to the squad.

I didn't watch it because I was out, was planning on watching it later on Celtic tv, not going to bother putting myself through it.

Absolute joke. Did Roberts not play? I still can't quite believe it.

I hope he was just purposely sending a message to the board that this squad needs a major revival.

Did they not get any practice on that pitch? Did they not know how * it was?
I think they just thought they would walk it. * arrogant. Got what they deserved.
Some players, and i noticed Griffiths particularly 3 or 4 times, couldnt trap the ball. When the ball was hit to him it bounced off him about 6 foot. The ball was off the ground so the pitch didnt affect it at all. Having said that, Griffiths was probably our only chance of a result.
Some of these players seem to think they are better than they actually are. This result should be put permanently on their cv's.

I'm absolutely sure there were many players out there last night who gave BR a better idea of how far he has to go to build his own team.....I feel that no-one stepped up.

These are full time professional football players who live their lives focused on preparation for games in every way possible that the modern game can provide....so it perplexes me that they produced that performance against a team of guys who have to fit football in around their 'real' jobs.

I've read all the excuses offered since the game finished but for BR to say that it's not an embarrassment to him is a bit too much for me because that's exactly how I feel.....this plus a sense of disbelief and huge disappointment at another manager who insists on playing a player that has repeatedly let us down......we can't all be wrong can we ?
