In all fairness we should beat this team next week and the rodgers bandwagon will commence, but if effe * ambrose is in that team.questions will need to be asked of rodgers because we see how * he is why can't these managers,get the young lad on.
I'm also afraid to say I don't think janko is the answer at right back and bitton is far to half hearted, on his day he's our best player but when he's like that get him to * for whatever we are offered.
Can only presume Roberts is carrying a knock, just wondered why mcgregor did t get a game either..uch well done now, let's hump them next week and tell the board to get the cash out cos this team are pish..

The team doesn't deserve to be in the group stages . it's hardly a huge surprise when you consider how bad the team was under Ronnie last season.

To be honest, now Brendan knows how dire the situation is and the cowards showed themselves to be cowards. At least it sets the stage for action.

 

What happened to the £15 million "war chest" to rebuild the team? Dembele was free (development fee I know) and Ajer was a last season transfer. This team has looked unimpressive in preseason (alright it's preseason) but tonight showed how much the team has regressed. Brown is * awful and shouldn't be on the team sheet because he's the captain. Efe shouldn't even be anywhere near the pitch. The entire team was mediocre. Our midfield I'd bloated, without one star player among them, 16 alright players. Alright isn't good enough for Celtic. This club needs to invest to bring in quality the current crop just don't cut it in any shape or form and to believe that we have any chance of getting to the CL is wishful thinking.
