info for anyone going over for this game

CELTIC take on Lincoln Red Imps of Gibraltar next Tuesday, July 12, in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League second qualifying round tie.
The match, in the Victoria Stadium, kicks off at 8pm (local time) - 7pm Celtic Park time - and the following travel information has been issued for supporters heading to Gibraltar for the game.
Lincoln Red Imps Football Club is a semi-professional football club from Gibraltar. They play in the Gibraltar Premier Division, and share the Victoria Stadium with all other clubs in the territory. They are the country's record champion with 22 league titles, the last 14 of which have been consecutive, and in 2014 were the first team to represent Gibraltar in the UEFA Champions League.
    Victoria Stadium, Gibraltar
Victoria Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Gibraltar. It is currently used mostly for football matches and holds about 2000 people, but also hosts yearly Gibraltar Music Festival. It is located close to the Gibraltar Airport just off Winston Churchill Avenue. It was named after the wife of Gibraltarian philanthropist John Mackintosh.
Following the Gibraltar Football Associations’ admittance as a full member of UEFA in May 2013, it has been proposed to build the Europa Point Stadium to replace the Victoria Stadium as Gibraltar’s national Stadium.
    Town centre, Tickets and Stadium
    - The town centre is close to the stadium and offers many restaurants and bars for visiting fans.
    - The Victoria Stadium is flanked by Gibraltar Airport in very close proximity to the North and the Rock of Gibraltar to the South.
    - Celtic FC has been allocated tickets in the East Stand of the ground. This is entirely dedicated to Celtic fans.
Celtic Ticket Services will manage the sale of our tickets. There will be no local sale of tickets to visiting fans. Please only purchase tickets From Celtic Ticket Services.
    - Due to time restraints it will be necessary for Celtic fans allocated a ticket for the match to collect their tickets from a ticket collection point. This will be open on matchday from 12noon until 7pm. The collection point will be located in a temporary facility close to the North East corner of the stadium just off Winston Churchill Avenue. The Collection point will be staffed by Celtic Ticket Services and our Supporter Liaison Officer. Please collect your ticket in good time.
    - Please note that the East stand is not covered and will be in evening sunlight which can be strong. Sun protection is strongly advised if this is the case.
    - Access to the stadium is by a gate in the North East corner. The gate will be staffed by safety stewards and police and persons are liable to be searched. Please take time when entering the stadium.
    - Alcohol is prohibited within the stadium.
    Spectator safety
    - Lincoln Red Imps FC, the police and local authority are aware of the goods reputation enjoyed by Celtic fans travelling to support their team.
    - The stadium is located close to the runway of Gibraltar Airport. The runway is also shared as a public road with the road being closed for aircraft landing and departing. Please ensure that you follow the advice of police and security staff when the public road access is prohibited. This is important for public safety.
    - The stadium has advised that banners and flags positively supporting both teams will be welcome.
    - The stadium regulations are similar to those at Celtic Park again we stress the dangers surrounding firework and pyrotechnics which are considered a serious safety issue. The discharge of such items not only creates a hazard to spectators but will expose Celtic FC to disciplinary action by UEFA.
    - Celtic Travel Stewards will be in attendance to facilitate our visiting fans and liaise with local police and stewards.

    Passport
In the event of missing passports a passport office is located in Gibraltar at the following address: Pass Office 6 Convant Place, Gibraltar. Tel – 0035 020070071.

His natural side is the right, though.

He's not the type of winger who runs down the line and tries to put a cross in. He's very much a modern inside forward type.

I love how folk are like "aaaaaw woe is me! A huv tae watch it normal! A cannae see the individual blades eh grass wi-oot HD." :smiley-laughing002:

It's still on telly. Is Premier Sports that bad? It sounds like a subsidiary of Sky or something. Can't be terrible, it's a Celtic game on telly. I don't care who shows it, as long as I can watch it.

Folk like following our games on the radio? * that.

I'd rather make my own conclusions than listen to the dobbers on the wireless.

I hate listening to any game on the radio because it always sounds like the opposition is about to score.

Well Scotland beat Gibraltar with an aggregate score of 12-1 and most of their national team is filled with players from this mob...
