Janko seems to be very limited on the ball, watching him makes you think how he's gonna lose it in 3..2..1. On the other hand his physicality is perfect, he offers so much pace, and he's strong as an ox.

 

This is the 1st pre season game I have tuned in for and must say we have looked really impressive. Its only a friendly but you can see Rodgers style being implemented already, we win the ball back really quickly and keep It well to. Good to watch so far.

 

Dembele looks like exactly the type of striker we've been crying out for.

 

Want know what to make of that half overall tbh, disappointed not to see Rogic and Roberts starting though hope Brendan still views them as first teamers for Europe next week.

 

I'd have thought that Ljubljana would have been a bit more adventurous, it's only a friendly ffs, they're set up like they're playing barca in a champions league match.

 

I'm pretty sure he's learned from his last lash out when he tapped Neymar.

And ill trust Brendan over your opinion, for me and I'm fairly sure for Brendan there will be a role in the midfield for him.

Good first half, would lie to see what rogic and Roberts will bring to the game 2nd half... Janko looking well but has no left foot, even when he turns in he can't go back outside has to go back or do a full 360

 

Will it be a new 11 for the second half? I'd rather see some players starting to get 60 minutes.

Hope Dembele doesn't get replaced at half time.Really want to see more of him today ,especially with the likes of Rogic and Roberts getting a chance in the second.Rogic and Dembele should work miracles for us.
