    Was there really strong interest from the aforementioned clubs, or is this just hyperbole to make the signing look better?

    Not devaluing the signing at all, I think he will be cracking here, but I'm just wondering how much interest there actually was from all these top clubs mentioned.

    Glad to see we managed to pull this off. He's looked like a decent player, and an even better prospect, the few times I've seen him play him.

    When you consider some of the teams he's being linked with, this really seems to be a bit of a coup on our part.
