Very bare minimum is a winger even with the wee man fit there is a a lot of pressure for him to come up with the goods, if we had two big threats on either side we would be a much better team for it, when we Paddy went off I felt our threat died somewhat we have little pace and skill in this team and its something we need to address.

I'm with you mate. I'm just not sure about him, ever since Swansea his career has taken a massive nosedive. He's got some ability and will back him if he signs but if he doesn't, meh.

 

NEGOTIATIONS were back underway last night to get Scott Sinclair into Celtic before Monday's UEFA Champions League signing deadline.

The Parkhead side have had four bids for the winger knocked back over the course of this month by Aston Villa but discussions had re-opened last night with a view to getting the 27-year-old into Glasgow before the signing cut-off for the next round.

Celtic are guaranteed European football this season as Wednesday's results will take them into the Europa League even if they fail to make it into the Champions League group stages, with the club keen to bolster their squad before the play-offs.

Scott Sinclair expected complete medical at Celtic on Sunday morning, the winger will be in the stands to watch Celtic take on Hearts in Tynecastle later in the day with the deal being finalized before Monday's deadline.

You will come back with "That is only 1 Celtic player" bit do a little reconnaissance of your own and you will see Erik, Brown and a few others started to follow Sinclair over the last month or so. I remember his twitter did show "Aston Villa FC Player" Then he took it down. I have looked for HOURS over the last few weeks to find an old tweet someone took a screenshot from, but there are no screenshots of his old tweets (Sinclair's) so it's impossible to tell, but many of us did see him take it down.
