I think it's more his literal interpretation of anything that gets said on the forum, I have noticed it.

BR on morale after Barcelona defeat: "You are on a such a high from last Saturday after an outstanding performance & deserving result.

BR: "Within the space of four days you are on a real low and from a management perspective, it's about stabilising that emotion.

BR: "The players have been absolutely outstanding since the day I walked in here & we were given some harsh lessons in the Nou Camp.

BR: "Against arguably the world's best team, it was a difficult night on the field, a very disappointing, humbling experience.

BR: "However, you have to learn from experience. The players have reflected on both games yday and how we can learn and push forward.

BR on @Leighgriff09 : "He's working well. Won't be ready for the weekend. We are looking towards middle to end of next week.

BR: "I don't like to make too many changes but I have to respect the intensity & level of the games, very challenging for us.

BR on @ICTFC "We are very committed and focused to winning games, going for our fifth straight win in the league.

BR: "We wanted to make a good start and how we do in the opening 10 (league) games will be a reflection on that.

BR: "We respect that @ICTFC had a difficult start but they have shown up much better in last couple of games.

BR: "All the trips, like they have been before, will be tough games for us but there is no leftover feeling from the other night.

BRENDAN Rodgers insists Celtic have put Tuesday night’s heavy UEFA Champions League defeat to Barcelona fully behind them.
The Hoops were put to the sword by a brilliant Barcelona side in the Nou Camp with their front three of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar in scintillating form.
Coming days after the Scottish champions stormed to a 5-1 victory over Rangers in the Glasgow derby, it saw the manager and his players go from euphoria to deep disappointment.
But having reflected on the match with the squad once they reported back for duty at Lennoxtown, the Hoops boss is satisfied with his charges' morale and their readiness to move forward.
“If you look over the course of last week from last Saturday, then you are on such a high after an outstanding performance and a great day and a deserving result," he said.
“Within the space of four days, you are then you are obviously on a real low, so the last couple of days from a management perspective has just been about stabilising that emotion of the week.
“The players have been absolutely outstanding since the day I walked in here. We were given some harsh lessons in the Nou Camp by arguably the world’s best-ever team.
“It was a difficult night for us on the field and for that 24 hours afterwards, and it’s a disappointing and a humbling experience when that happens to you.
“However, you have to learn from the experience. We reflected on the two games yesterday, what we can take from them and how we can keep pushing forward.
“Over the course of the week, the emotions have gone from a high to a low but now they have stabilised and we can continue to work how we have been.”
“In modern football, it’s very up and down," continued the Irishman. "You can’t forget what happened as you need to learn from it. It was a very disappointing result for us of course, and I can give you a million reasons why it was so tough for us, but certainly when it does happen, you have to reflect on that experience and ensure you are better for it.”
Celtic’s full focus has now switched to Sunday’s league encounter away to Inverness Caley Thistle where they will aim to continue their 100 per cent start to the domestic campaign.
“We are very committed and focused to winning games,” said the manager. “We are going for our fifth straight win in the league, which is very important for us. We wanted to make a good start and the opening 10 games will be a reflection on that.
“We respect that they had a difficult start but in the last couple of games against St Johnstone and Aberdeen they have showed up much better, so I’m sure it will be like all the trips before which have been tough games.
“There is no leftover feeling from the other night,” he added. “It’s important as the coach and manager you intervene as if you leave it then maybe it can continue. But the first morning we were all back in, we were able to reflect on it and that’s your lever to move on.”
After missing the Glasgow derby and the Barcelona game through injury, Leigh Griffiths will remain sidelined for the trip to the Highlands.
“He’s working well but he won’t be ready for the weekend,” said the Hoops boss. “He’s looking towards the middle to end of next week but he’s responding well to treatment and he’s back out on the field running but he’s not ready to play yet.”

If brendan was to win the league by 20+ plus points and delivers the treble or atleast a double, do you think its possibly he might leave after a year or two for a bigger challenge ?
