    There's been two youngsters in last era that I had seriously high hopes for, and never got a chance or * it up. Tony watt, and Dylan Mcgeogh.

    I was having a good debate a few pages back about Lenny. Some folk just don't wanna see it. That's all.

    Slowly coming round to Lenny coming back here. Would still not be my first choice but he does tick a lot of the boxes and wouldn't be the worst move in the world.

    I take it then you would not want Moyes or Rodgers who would have no interest in us if they were in a job. For some it is any excuse not to have Lenny and a different set of criteria for other managers.

    I didn't see the show you refer to but was a a Dougie Freedman puppet or did you see Lenny hold a gun to his head.

    Johansen was good for the last 4 months of last season, the same amount of time he looked good for Lenny after he signed him in the January before.

    No Lenny was asked about the job then suddenly Dougie piped up about how great Lenny was was pretty embarrassing tbf I love Lenny but getting people to big you up for a job is daft he has trophies on his CV and winners medals as a player we no his ability he doesn't need others speaking for him

    The players Lenny did not sign were Vic, VVD, Hooper, Lustig, Ledley, Matthews, Kayal when he was going well but during his poor spell he became a Lenny signing.

    Lennys signings include Bangura, Boerrigter, Lassad, Murphy, Juarez, Mouyokolo, Gershon, Fridjonsson.

    You said "He had Dougie Freedman today on Fletch and Sav build him up". Have you evidence Lenny made him do it.

    Take an example of an actor appearing on a TV show. Can you picture DeNiro being introduced on a talk show as the star of such flops as being Flynn, Red Light etc.? Would you be embarrassed for DeNiro if they just mentioned his big hits. Really you just seem to be looking for excuses not to want Lenny. It sure doesn't seem like you like him very much.

    You were excited about the prospect of Moyes getting the job. Would he be interested in us if he still had a job. The double standards on here regarding Lenny are becoming transparent. Next we will have "I have nothing against Lenny. Some of my best friends are Lennies"
