    Commons will probably be moved on.
    Would like to see a new captain. Brown should not be guaranteed a starting place.
    The new manager will be able to build his own squad.

    Same problem as we had trying to move Derek on does anybody want players we don't want in our squad anymore.

    Add Brown to that list, we need a new keeper, right back another centre half, holding type player, a playmaker and two wide players who are willing to graft.

    We should go back to a 3-5-2 maybe get another centre half to add to that list and a big target man.

    We really need to change massively and stop spunking money away on projects and 10/15 1 million pound players.

    Said it in another thread that we should build the team around Sviatchenko, Tierney, Roberts and Rogic.

    Every other player, as far as I'm concerned, can go and I wouldn't be disappointed at all.

    Edit: Add Janko to that as well. There might be a player there.

    I would build nothing around a loan player like Roberts, he scored a couple of goals but he is raw, we could clearly see that after a few games and he will be gone after 18 months. We need to think long term and have players of our own to build with.

    A center back that can compete and rotate with Lustig.

    Boyata and Ambrose out. One or two new CBs. Looks like Jozo will be the new Boerrigter. We should return him to the shop as it came broken

    Ajer is good so we can bench Brown when he is not playing well.

    Some other striker would be good.

    They are the only players I am 100% comfortable with playing in big games and that I think are capable of raising their game at European level. I think Brown may be past it, Griffiths performances in big games are definitely questionable and I don't particularly trust Gordon in big games either.

    Allan and Christie the invisible * men that * Deila 'signed' or was it Lawwell who signed Allan just to wind up the huns havent even had a * chance under this * of a manager, i wouldnt be suprised if Allan is having a right good laugh that his team made the cup final

    We need to change the formation cause it's * *, I would not even have Biton or Roberts near a new formation or starting 11.

    It's an odd one cause I don't think our squad is bad. I think it's mismanaged

    I think a good manager could get more out of these players. They all have great potential but have not shown it.you can't just keep blowing money on mediocre players.
