Reduced to £38 for ST holders.

Ridiculous price even if it is barca.
Should only be that kind of price if it was a CL/EL final or Semi final.

Tbf, it's one glamour game as part of a glamour competition. Isn't there some kind of package you can get with a discount if you buy, say at least three tickets for these games?

WE are delighted to announce that tickets are now on sale for this summer’s glamour International Champions Cup clash against Spanish giants FC Barcelona.
The Hoops have enjoyed many epic clashes with the Catalonian side in recent years and to celebrate the fixture we’re offering our Season Ticket holders a special discounted ticket price of £38 (reduced from £47) for the game that takes place at the Aviva Stadium, Dublin on Saturday, July 30.
This showpiece occasion is part of an exciting summer for the Bhoys that also includes matches against newly-crowned English Premier League winners, Leicester City and also Inter Milan.
The Hoops kick-off their International Champions Cup adventure by hosting Leicester at Paradise on Saturday, July 23 and seven days later, the Champions head to Dublin to take on FC Barcelona at the Aviva Stadium.
And amid the 50th anniversary season of Celtic’s 1967 European Cup triumph, it’s fitting that the Bhoys complete their cup fixtures against Inter Milan on Saturday, August 13 (venue tbc).
Tickets for the Barcelona game are on sale now to Season Ticket holders and there are a number of ways to secure your seats:
ONLINE – visit www.eticketing.co.uk/celtic to buy your tickets online.
PHONE – call our booking line on 0871 226 1888*
TICKET OFFICE – visit the Ticket Office at Celtic Park, open Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 5pm
Subject to availability, a general sale of tickets for this match will be announced in due course.
*Calls cost 13p per minute, plus your phone company’s access charge. Booking fees apply online and via booking line.

Glad im not going to that, was going to book then decided not to. Our fans will be getting the pish ripped out them, paying those prices and I bet Barcelona will be getting paid about £1million for the game and we'll only be getting about £500k yet it will be mostly our fans there.

Will also be to see a wee diddy Barcelona B team as Pique, Alba, Mascherano, Rakitic, Iniesta, Neymar, Messi, Suarez etc will all either be playing at the EUROs or Copa America and probably not be there.

Euros and Copa America finish 2 weeks before the first match against Leicester at latest so will give them a couple of weeks rest

Barcelona will probably use their last friendly and the 2 Supercopa games for their players who were on International duty though, us playing them is their first friendly.

Last season Bravo, Mascherano, Neymar and Messi who were at Copa America only played in their last friendly of pre-season.

The World Cup season the year before again, only players from teams who were knocked out in the Group Stages played their early pre-season games, ones who made the later stages only played in the last friendly.

So most likely any Barcelona players who get through the Groups of the Euros or Copa America won't be there.

That's what I was just thinking. The chances of rolling into Dublin and paying nearly £50 for a match ticket, not to mention travel, food and accommodation to watch us play a B team are too high to make it worth the risk.

Aye, the match doesn't really matter anyway most people myself included would only go for the trip and few days in Dublin, the match would only be the excuse and a sideshow but friendlies are dire and it'd just make it all the worse that it's mostly back-up players for Barcelona who are strolling about at snails pace passing the time.

Dublin is quite expensive too, I was going to go for 4/5 days but for the price it'd have cost I could probably go to 2 European away games where the match will matter and it's just better for not that much more.

When do the tickets for the Leicester game come out? Fancy going to that if it's not too pricey.

And some of them will be at the Olympics as well. Neymar will 100% be there.

I don't think Messi and Mascherano are going.

Hopefully the ticket price will put folk off and they can instead use their days off work and money to go to a European qualifer, help prop up the paltry numbers we usually take to these games.

    Ridiculous * price.

Hopefully they don't dare to charge near the same for the Leicester game, I fancy going to that.
