Not sure if there's a similar thread. If so, merge this one.

Just want to see what people think are the best/their favourite stadiums around Europe. Only going to focus on the major countries/regions really. For each country, you can put your two favourites.

I'd love to go see the Stade Velodrome now it's been done up

 

Arena da Baixada in Brazil

 

The Westfalenstadion is incredible, went last year and it really is something else.

Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is great for atmosphere also Stade Velodrome

 

Molde, nice little stadium and where it is, fantastic.

 

Estadio Da Luz, Benfica's stadium. Remember driving past it while on holiday, it's a cracker.

 

Veltins Arena (Shalke) for the retractable pitch, pretty awesome.

Just gonna go on one's I've went for Celtic..

England- Liverpool - Great ground for atmosphere..
Germany - Stuttgart - Absolute belter of a ground and atmosphere..
France - Bordeaux - Another quality ground..
Spain -Valencia - In the skies but much better than the Nou Camp and slightly better than Vigo..
Italy - Juve - Old ground. Superb ground..
Portugal - Porto - Old one and got drenched as we got hammered but still a quality ground and feel to it..
Holland - Ajax - Easy one..

 

Aye theirs is a cracker as well, lovely wee spot.

 

Donbass Arena in Ukraine.

 

Vigo was superb. A bit of a pigsty of a stadium but for me that made it all the better. Sooner that than some fancy, newer stadium like the Allianz. City was bland but ridiculously cheap, locals were super friendly, and outside the stadium was mental before the game. Cops were only sore point. Nou Camp is a pigsty as well and being stuck away up in the gods make it a terrible experience, hate the place.

 

Aye that's a cracking stadium. Shame what's happened to it.

 

It was a great trip. We were in a home bar near the ground and I ended up getting some Spanish bird's number but we couldn't understand each other so swapped scarves

By the ground it was a bit of a free for all as both side's were cutting past each other and some locals were pick pocketing Tims queuing up to get in. Inside was great, old school type stand on the side with a * off big gap to the front that * were jumping down for a pish but some steaming couldn't get back up and were having to be pulled up

End of the game in the ground they were starting but it ended up a love in in the end..
