    I think the seats might be unlocked for domestic games but must be locked in the seated position for UEFA competitions such as CL and EL.

    I think your right there. Does the capacity of Celtic Park change now with the introduction of the safe standing around which I believe is for 3,000?

    I think it might actually reduce capacity by a few seats but not many.

    They will, the green brigade stand in Europe already and theyve never done anything about it, the Dortmund fans in their standing area stand as well and most all away fans in Europe stand as well.

    Aye as long as thrs the option to sit I don't think they'll really mind,Jst means the seats will be unlocked for all European games,don't think people will be forced to sit tho.
