If they are going to charge £7 next day delivery, at the very least the should have sent them the next day after ordering. Kind of defeats the purpose really.

Celtic deliberately chose two obscure away games as criteria for a very good reason. In doing this it allowed them to create the illusion of rewarding loyal fans while at the same time actually reducing the number of tickets allocated to said loyal fans.

The fact that long time season ticket holders who went to the very badly attended Morton game have not got tickets is despicable.

But Celtic is a PLC. They have sponsors, investors, VIPs and cronys they would clearly rather give tickets to. * loyalty.

Yeah I've been to every home cup game and hampden game for the past 5 years. I used to go to more away games but I've only made it to three this year. I doubt there's 20000+ fans that have been to more games than me. There wasn't even 20000 at the Morton game. :56:

I was already thinking about not going back year because it's expensive as * and the club treat the fans like dirt anyway and I think this has made my mind up.

Straight to the ticket office this afternoon after getting bsvk from Dublin. Had to fight a bit for North stand seats, can't stand being behind the goal with that horrific running track.

It's not though, I went to the Morton game - I expect that a lot who went to the previous two games went to that game also.

The way Celtic have worked it is completely fair, if you're a long term season ticket holder then you're surely going to know the benefits the home cup ticket scheme brings and sign up for it, the most loyal fans have got tickets in the vast majority.

Why does it make you a better fan to be part of a scheme instead of just buying them separately, you're still attending the same games and spending the same money. It's bullshit to be honest.

Yip. There will be plenty folk there in suits and ties who haven't attended a game since last February, no question about that.

Well if you've been to three away games up to the Morton game then you are assured of a ticket.

It doesn't make you a better fan, it makes you a smarter fan though - a fan who wont have the issue of not getting a ticket. The point I'm making is if a situation like this occurs, you're going to join the ticket scheme next time to avoid it happening again, therefore rewarding the people who've had season tickets for longer.

It's not beneficial for me to have the home cup ticket scheme financially. It doesn't reward people that have had tickets longer it rewards who ever there scheme, you could have been only a season ticket holder for a year join this scheme and jump ahead of someone who's been a season ticket holder for 20 years, that has still attended the same number games. It's unfair.
