Doing a bit of both, I'm actually more bewildered than anything else, I knew his record was rancid but * *, we missed a trick with Majstorovic :56:

We'll forget all about Henrik Larsson once we see Kazim-Richards in the Hoops. The goals will be raining in.

I honestly don't know what to make of this? Is it a permanent or a loan?

I don't imagine he'll be brought in to oust Griffiths, so can only expect he'll come in and be tried as the left-sided attacker......if he even gets a game?

    Strange one :43:

I bet the maddie who is known as our scout was going to the game, not got a clue who he was and their manager got wind of it and told the kitman to rip the Richards off his strip and just put Kazim and we've thought "Decent sounding foreign name, let's get it done!".

I think it's actually a step in the right direction if he's being signed to play wide-left as one of our problems is we have midfielders playing the wide positions rather than forwards. He'd probably score more goals than Forrest/GMS/Armstrong from out wide and is a more natural attacking player.

We need to have more forwards in those wide positions like Samaras/Fortune.

If he's being signed to play as a striker then its a fuckup.

    Much is the transfer fee?

Still trying to wrack my brain on this signing.....is he being brought in to bring some fire and attitude to this team as well as some pace to burn (even though he's 29 I still THINK he'll have plenty of energy left in his legs?)????????

He won't be playing ahead of Griffiths.

I cannie see that being the case if I'm honest, considering no-one is going to oust wee Griff, then you have Cole as no.2 back-up striker, possibly with this guy being eyed as no.3 if/when required?

Supposedly they've terminated his contract for his behaviour and it's a free. It's not a terrible signing to be fair..

Getting his nut screwed seems to be the key and hard part..

    I see...........

Sounds like the guy is a bit of a *, but so was wee Leigh and look how he turned out.

If he signs, he'll be given a chance to prove himself (by me anyways), and lets just see what he has to offer.

In fact, maybe this team do do with a few more * in it - i think we're far too nice for our own good, particularly the way we seem to be bullied by bigger, badder boys............

If you're acting like a * at the age of 29 it's a bit of a concern. It was different with Griffiths who was still a young man growing up.

    Yes, I'll grant you that.

What kind of behaviour is it that's caused this rift, may I aks if anyone knows?

I heard he tried to batter a photographer or something?

He offered the journalist outside and it's spiraled from then quite quickly. They've either freed him or are willing to get him off the book's and sign for us. Don't quote me but that's what it's looking like..

I agree. We seem to lack dig at time's and a bit of personality. Sviatchenko looks like one at the heart for us, so that's promising but if we can just channel it a touch, it won't be so bad..

Not prolific and hot headed but has quality plus bags of experience around Europe, at big club's in European competitions as well and almost 40 caps for Turkey. 29 is a good age also..

We'll just have to see but I'm not as pessimistic as other's, although I can see why they are..
