So we've interviewed 6 and BR has reportedly been interviewed x2. Imagine if you are one of the other 5 - maybe Moyes, Mackay, MONx2 & Keane and you've only had 1 interview. Whatever, think we're wanting Saturday's Cup Final out of the way as we wouldn't want to upstage such a big event with an even bigger showstopper.

I'm an O'Neill fan, but if we applied your way of thinking to him in the same way as you have Rodgers we'd be questioning him as well.

Rodgers is a fantastic candidate, and if we get him and you moan about it you'll only serve to make yourself look a bit silly.

Looks good for Rodgers imo, if he was out the picture I think Desmond wouldve been more dismissive in the BBC interview, id put my money on Rodgers being announced Friday.. Wouldn't be suprised if it was tomorrow though

KDS is full of the prawn sandwich mob, check it now and again, everyone seems to have a source on it, also seem to come up with random foreign managers to take us over as suggestions

think this season proves you can spend countless amounts of money like city and still not win it so however much liverpool spent cant really used as a point just the slightest mistake can cost you in that league (gerrard slip) its that tight a league

You could say that about anyone ,I wont be disappointed if Rodgers is appointed but I won't be punching the air with delight either
I take you point though that it's better to be linked with the likes of him in the managers role as opposed to the likes Jackie mcnamara

Steve Clarke's odds the last 6 hours or so

    Bet365 33/1 to 8/1
    Skybet 28/1 to 10/1
    Paddypower 33/1 to 6/1
    Betfair 33/1 to 6/1
    Ladbrokes 33/1 to 11/1

Maybe he has been spotted in Glasgow or something?

Aye, well, you just save your air punching for the day that Guardiola or Mourinho take the job, eh?

The rest of us will celebrate possibly the best managerial appointment in recent history if it comes to fruition.
