    Bump this thread in a few weeks and roy keane will be manager, mark my words,roy keane will be our manager. Can you picture him getting interviewed about us singing republican songs, hed be saying i dont give a *, sure didnt we sign them ourselves on the buses to matchs. interesting times next few seasons when hes our manager. Hes a live wire and cant wait for the madness from him to spice things up along with us winning few more leagues.

    I don't really get the hype around Bielsa.

    Looking at his record, for a 60+ year old manager he hasn't done anything incredible. His Athletic side was good to watch but I'm not sure he'd be a good fit here, as crazy as that might sound to many.

    His style would also see us well and truly humped in Europe, IMO.

    Agree with this- bielsa is a name I have seen bandied about but I just dont get it. No doubting hes an innovator but he is also clean mad and unpredictable. We need stability after the ronny experiment.

    Lawwell says they are out to get the best who is willing to come so if Rodgers or Moyes want it surely they will get it before Keane

    That's Athletic Bilbao though, the best side they had in recent history. His win record was still less than 40% though and ultimately he never won anything.

    With what we have at our disposal and the crossroads we are at currently I don't think he'd be the right name.

    Nah that was WGS. Said he was neither up or down whether he came.

    When Keane said he was packing it in due to his back, WGS just said 'aye, probably for the best'.
