Weird that both Rodgers and Keane are being considered given how different they would be in terms of management style. Pretty much opposite ends of the ambition spectrum too.

Well hopefully they realise that we need a manager in as soon as the last game of the season is over, just can't see it with Keane but as you say probably down to Desmond.

 

If we appoint Keane i think we'll be looking for another manager this time next year noway he commits to 2-3 years here

 

Rodgers would be a manager that gets plenty of the fans back on side as well. Relatively big name, sides play good attacking football

 

The odds over the past while just reflects on whos put money where. Moyes, Clarke, Lambert and now Rodgers have all been favourites. Means nothing really

 

He'd be a brilliant appointment I'd be delighted with him his teams score goals for fun

I wouldn't go to much on the odds as the last time they stopped taking bets on owen coyle before we appointed deila , saying that, im hoping they are right this time as I would love Rodgers to be the new gaffer

Pretty interesting what the bookies have got to say. 'The first serious gamble', doesn't sound like guys just putting a 5er on now and again.

 

Rodgers I'm pure uncertain about, would be class if he done what he done at Swansea but some of his decision making at Liverpool was insane

 

We should move quickly otherwise we will lose out on the epl clubs that will be looking for a manager.

 

Moyes starting as favourite was a bit bizarre and Lambert being favourite was simply because he left Blackburn and used to captain us. This is the first favourite with a bit of substance to it I would be inclined to think.

 

I would rather Moyes.. But getting Rodgers when the alternative is probably Lambert, Evans or Malky Mackay is call for a national holiday.
