And how important is that really? Lennon was diabolical at Bolton and would do no better under this squad than Deila, while Keane's managerial record is laughable.

At least guys like Moyes and Rodgers have pedigree in building a squad through game plans, rather than merely relying on buzzwords like 'passion' etc.

I'd rather someone who was tactically knowledgable and had good man-management skills than a guy like Keane who many seem to want purely because they believe he'll turn our squad into a bunch of serial killers:smiley-laughing002:

Didnt even mention Moyes or Rodgers, was talking bout Clarke. Given the shambles we have been witnessing this season i think a manager getting the players to have some passion is much needed.

I dont want Keane as our manager, if you had read what i had written you would have seen me state that. Keane would be a disaster for us i think but he would have the players going out fired up every single game, until they got * off with his methods n abrasive attitude.

Clarke's obviously an excellent coach, but his time in charge of Albion doesn't indicate that he's a great manager. I would be very lukewarm about him.

I like Keane, not sure how tactically clued-up he is and what kind of football he would have us playing though.

If Moyes is interested, I think the job will be his and I think he'd be good, but it seems like he will go back to England.

Abuse or downplaying his achievements, the fact remains Deila has a CV of honours in 2 of the top leagues in 2 different countries.

Clarke and many others do not have the trophies or medals to stack up against a guy that has fallen short. What makes these guys a better option? Because Clarke is a Celtic fan? Because he was an assistant to one of the greatest managers of all time? Not for me.

If Norwich are relegated, Alex Neil? Would take him ahead of Coyle, Clarke and a few others that have been mentioned

Keane's record is not laughable at all, that's a sweeping generalisation which is wrong. Did he not take Sunderland from bottom of the championship to the title in what is one of the most competitive leagues in the world?

Working under O'Neil can only be helping him. Not saying I want him either, but be fair to the boy.

    Me too.

Im throwing my hat in the ring. Lecter for manager.

With all the fat * in this side I could throw dinner parties every other week. I could literally feed Ambrose and Boyata to Lawwell and make him , in a very real sense, eat his own *.

    Plus I like a 442,so theres that.
