    If success in Europe is the target, "punching above one's weight", then at least the new manager should be someone who knows how to set up at cynical counter-attacking game, letting the other team control possession and tempo, be tight at the back and hit them on the breaks. In that aspect I think Brendan Rodgers' tippy tappy football would be a mistake, as Celtic (and Scotland) don't have the players for that type of game. An Italian mindset would be a better match in my opinion, frustrate the * out of the opposition, rather than trying to outplay them.

    Let's just hope the PL/DD Euromillions Lottery Syndicate's numbers come good before they join, because the old plastic credit card will be melting with the amount those 2 will be spending. Anyway, in this age of austerity, if you have a CEO why do you need a DOF as much of their work overlaps?

    Cant see why anybody would like keane.As a manager he is *,rules with an iron fist and after a few games loses the dressing room.He had chances to manage outside of ireland job but turned them down as he knows he doesnt have what it takes to do the job.Theres more to managing a team than putting the fear into them.Who ever we get i hope we get a decent defence coach and a manager who gos 4 4 2,we should be runnning all over teams.
