    Will be taking Burnley back up to EPL. No incentive to join us. My choice is Gary Rowett Birmingham City. Done wonders for last 18 months in a Club with absolutely no dosh, that develops young players and brings in journeymen/loans/free transfers.

    Trying to get a Rodgers or a Martinez etc who play good attacking football before being snapped up by the big league, is deffo somewhere we should be searching. Same with certain player's. English lower league's have served us well over the last 5 year's or so when we've dipped in..

    It's just money..

    We need experience more than that.

    Being a Celtic man shouldn't be a priority. This is what I was afraid of if Deila did fail, people going back to this mindset.

    It helps to have an inside knowledge of the club but most well equipped gaffers will know what is expected here. If they happen to have played at or supported the club it's a bonus.
