Agreed it's unlikely but the processes we are following aren't working and some freshness has to occur.

It's not a case of ripping up and starting again, just removing joint ownership or going to a vote on certain things. O'Neill demanded it, Moyes would demand it. Didn't hamper O'Neill any!

I've said so many times I would love Brendan Rodgers to come to celtic, Moyes is just dull and uninspiring. Rodgers did a great job at Liverpool , got them in the CL and challenging for the title. But with our board he'll get * all in transfer money.

I would have to consider not renewing if Owen Coyle or Roy Keane got the job.

Ryan Giggs would be a decent shout if he's ditched in the summer along with Van Gaal, providing he can negotiate a decent set of restrictions with the board.

One thing we would know is that he's got contacts in the game, and is the "name" manager who could attract some decent players.

So is Mourinho, but I'd happily have him at the club. I don't need to like the guy on a personal level.

If he can secure us another year long loan for Blackett, get it done.

Agreed, would never want that * anywhere near Celtic Park.

Moyes for me, with Rodgers a close second.

Ryan Giggs has done absolutely nothing to earn himself the Celtic job.

He's a Celtic man and knows the Scottish game. He had also been with the club before becoming manager so he had an understanding of the players.

Oh, * off with this "Celtic man" pish! :smiley-laughing002:

Giggs, for all his reputed faults in his personal life, was deemed qualified enough to fill the role as a member of the coaching staff at Manchester United by both David Moyes and Van Gaal, which tells you what you need to know about his potential.

He'd have the drawing power name-wise and the contacts required to get us some decent players, and he's high profile, which is what this club needs after a few years in the wilderness.
