I would replace Ronny with a drunken lollipop man at this point.

If he can teach kids to cross the road he might be able to teach Armstrong how to cross a * ball.

He's managed them for two campaigns and qualified for a major championship in one. This is a team that hasn't qualified for a major tournament in 30 years. Even if it had taken him 4/5 campaigns to qualify, that would have been a great achievement.

I'd rather we get a more established name myself but we could do a lot worse than Michael O'Neill.

So do I but that doesn't take away from the achievement of getting there, and its not Scotland we are talking about, it's Northern Ireland. Scotland are * at the moment but they still have better players to pick from than them.

Very true I overlooked that really in my original comment. Look where he's been before, he'd struggle with the pressure here and the fans would quickly get sick of the * football. He'd be a good manager for Dundee United or someone that level.

Even if there is a deal for Michael O'Neill taking over the guy will be under some amount of pressure, Euros start June, NI get pumped out in the sections, he takes a family holiday so he would arrive here by The 1st or 2nd week of July, Pre Season has started, he need to assess the imposters that Deila has left, he needs to get ready for the CL qualifiers, that takes us into Aug, the league starts and he has around 3 weeks to get in new players,

Aye right, does anyone else see a flaw here

Deila needs to go now, so the new guy is in place ready to go as soon as the season is over

Plus with this delusional moron still in charge to him only winning the Scottish Cup and losing out on the League would still be a success in his eyes

Might not be exactly to everyone's tastes, but i'd take Hartley, Stubbs or Hughes right now and make the end of the season more interesting. This is the problem when you've got incompetent management at boardroom level. They must see how bad it is and they need to come out and admit they got it wrong, do the right thing for the club and the fans. Otherwise you've got some robot coming out after games talking about football like it's a new invention. He's a half wit. John Collins doesn't come across any better.

Then obviously we've got the arrogant twats that put this management dream team together. Who in their right mind thought Ronny Deila would be a good coach to bring in?

One person i don't want back is Neil Lennon, that ship has sailed. Other than that i'd be happy with anyone who's showed up not too badly in the English league.

Depends on what lofty ambitions you have. Right now it's about someone who can pick 11 players who can cover the pitch and turn this system into a more effective shape.

Ronny wouldn't think twice about changing a winning side. That's when it's time to look for a new manager and he's been getting away with this for too long.

Is that now the Sevco are coming back up we can now sack managers again? Do we need to wait until Sevco are actually back in the league? Looks like it.

What if you're going into the end of the season and the manager knows he's for the chop in the Summer anyway, is that ideal? Far from it.

I'd bring in Phillip cocu.big name young coach.doing a great job with PSV including past the groups in the champions league.can work on a very tight budget and likes to bring through youth.we could probably afford his wages too unlike maybe Rodgers or Moyes.

We're a world brand dont you know, plus another thing according to the walter mitty world Peter Lawwell lives in, each year without his old firm partners in crime has cost us 10 Million a season, well they will be back in a few months, which should automatically give any new manger a 10 million+ transfer kitty going by his lies... i mean logic

Honestly, I'd quite happily take Tony Pulis.

I know people may not appreciate his style (which is why he's likely to leave Stoke), but he gets results and he might fancy a proper crack at European football.

He'd certainly get us organised defensively, and he certainly wouldn't suffer fools. People may scoff at his reliance on physical players, defensive organisation and set pieces - but that format has been the basis for our best European campaigns in recent years.

When things don't work under one manager, it makes sense to try something completely different. Deila and Pulis are certainly polar opposites.

it's a suggestion and my choice of guy.don't think it's any more unrealistic than Rodgers or Moyes.

Wouldn't mind Martin O'Neill but I know this Board aren't willing to give him the resources and salary.

So its another Yes man and the continuation of this inconsistency at the Club. This is inevitable.

Both are out of jobs, a guy who is manager of a big club in a far better league, competing in the Champions League will not leave them for us.

I doubt either would touch us with a barge pole, WGS would be more likely to work under Lawwell again tho

Pulls isn't going to come to Scotland. Like it or not a lower epl team or top championship team is a bigger pull than ourselfs. It's looking like it's not really worked for Ronny but that's where we are in terms of management. Taking chances on relatively unknowns who have been successfully in other leagues hoping they carry it on. There will be gems to be found out there outside England.

Pulis has a decent reputation down in Engerlund - I get the impression from him he'd rather go to a lower league English team than come up here.

That said, I wouldn't want him anyways, but I know what you're getting at - an older head withbags of experience.
