I'd take Ronnie O'Sullivan at this stage.

Still has to be Moyes for me. Not even sure who else is a feasible option, Paul Clement maybe? Apparently one of the reasons he was sacked at Derby was for having no interest in the youth teams though, so that isn't great for us. Rodgers just wouldn't happen.

Said it before and I will say it again… Alex Neil. Struggled recently at Norwich but he got them promoted the the PL and he did a fantastic job at Hamilton. Seems to get the best out of youngsters and won't take these * performances.

Thing with Alex Neil is, if Norwich stay up he won't want to leave for us. And if they get relegated are we really gonna go after a manager who just recently got relegated?

Normally I would say no to a manager who just got relegated but I personally think he should be an exception. As you mentioned if they stay up we probably won't have a chance in getting him. Reminds of Lennon in a way in his management style and obviously were similar in their playing days.

I think we need a manager like Neil who players will be scared to not put in 100% effort for. He isn't scared to give youngsters a starting place if they deserve it which is what I want to see. Can't be bothered with Ronny coming out and saying he won't play Allan, Christie and Roberts all together because he wants experienced players. Our "experienced players" haven't been doing too great for us recently, have they?

I don't want another yes puppet, a yes man is not a manager I want Lennon to come back and have full control over the club proceedings.

Really don't know who I'd want. Hiddink if he's not wanting to retire! ( I know there's no chance)

Aye and if he doesn't mind taking working tax credits whilst he's got a job with us.

Count gets paid millions a year wherever he goes, he'd pop his clogs if he seen what we offered.

I don't exactly think we need to change ronny I think we just need to change the way the team is run for starters id try and make a defensive partnership with sviatchenko and simunovic, he has too many players vying for too many positions and that is the biggest problem imo, we need 16, 17 players that regulary play together, to have a player you buy in the summer and only makes his league debut tonight is * shocking tbh someone needs t step in and say something, unfortunately if ronny cant adapt folk are proven right he gets sacked
