Feel we missed the boat on Alex Neil, knew the Scottish game, was supposedly a Celtic fan who done well with Hamilton, now doing not too badly with Norwich, although it will take him a while to get used to the league down there.

Would love someone like Moyes or Rodgers, personally I think Rodgers would take it, he understands the magnitude of the club, as he did with Liverpool which I think is what we need at the minute.

I think Deila will be away for sure in the summer, might be a bit late though as so many fans are disenchanted attendances will drop like a stone from now on, we really need to try something to gee the team up, to make sure we win every game from now on in and get a few big goal margins, this is the best we can do now.

My biggest hope is that Ronnie is sacked ASAP but in all honesty given the nature of the board, does anyone actually think he'll be sacked before the Summer? (providing we don't lose to EK this weekend).

Someone who can organize a defence, sort out marking from set pieces and crosses, plays 2 up top, is prepared to change and adapt when things are not going well, doesn't buy midfielder after midfielder after midfielder. I fail to see the progress under our current regime, if anything we have went backwards and it's very concerning

ONLY a loss to EK will see him get his jotters.

We will have him here til the end of the season.
If we lose the league he's gone. Obviously.

After that * knows. I'm not sure the board are too bothered by failing to qualify for the CL.

The fact that some folks are actually contemplating a loss to the mighty EKFC shows where we are right now.

The complete lack of ambition by the board is tarnishing This Club's great name at an alarming rate

Possible replacements without a job right now are

Julen Loptegui experience working with unknown players/future stars. Managed at
    FC Porto (2014-16),
Spain Youths upto under 21s (2010-14)
    Real Madrid/Castilla (2006-09)
    Rayo Vallecano (2002-03)
His prefered formation is 4-3-3 offensive.

Rudi Garcia experience in Europe. Ex clubs are
    AS Roma (2013-16)
    Lille (2008-13)
    Le Mans (07-08)
    Dijon (2002-07)
    Saint Ettiene (1999-01)
    Prefferd formation is 4-3-3 offensive

Garry Monk Premier League experience. Ex clubs are
    Swansea (2014-15)
    Prefered formation 4-2-3-1

Brendan Rogers Experienced within Europe and with young players. Ex Clubs.
    Liverpool (2012-15)
    Swansea (2010-12)
    Reading (2009)
    Chelsea Youth Teams (2004-08)
    Prefered formation 3-1-4-2

Lucien Favre, possibly the best manager without a job right now. Ex Clubs
    Borrusia Mochengladbach (2011-15)
    Hertha Berlin (2007-09)
    Zurich (2003-07)
    Servette (2000-02)
    Yverdan (1996-2000)
    Echallens (1991-95)
Prefered formation 4-4-2 Double 6. Most likely will be manager at a club like Bayern Munich before we fire Ronny

Ronny wont be away before the summer unless we got beat in the cup!!. For me there are three candidates.

    1. Lenny, he would come back only if he had assurances from the board that there would be no interfering. It would give him an escape from Bolton, He would be more chilled and know how to deal with the pressure second time round and he would re-ignite the thunder !!

    2. Michael ONeil....He knows how to organise a team and may be looking for a new challenge after the Euro's

    3. Alan Stubbs...Has Hibs playing some good football and knows how to motivate players and more importantly is a realist not a dreamer!!

not whilst we have a board that would in the end tarnish his reputation, it would be horrible to see henrik in this position

Want Brendan Rogers. A doubt he would look twice at us though. Penny pinching embarrassing board won't be able to attract a decent name

Yeah think he has went 5 seasons as a manager without a trophy, really hope we don't get him as his reputation could be damaged.

Henrik talks to Sutton in a regular basis and if you have heard Sutton lately regarding Celtic it isn't a coincidence Henrik knocked back the Managers job.

We got O'Neill back in the day after a succession of clowns and cheap managers before him.
He was one of the most sought after managers in the UK.

    You never know :icon_mrgreen:
