Think Moyes would be too costly, I wouldn't say no to Stubbs.

Need someone who can mix it up, it's 2 one vision and one vision only and for me that's were RD fails big time.

Let's be honest in terms of squad, I'm assuming Lawell and Stevie Wonder (whoever the scout is) are brining in the players and then the manager has to work with it.

So really it's a kinda losing battle, but maybe another manager might be able to work it a bit better.

However there'll be no CL next season, that's a guarantee no matter whoever is in charge. We're probably on a par with Malmo (not team wise, they're better) with probably getting in once in maybe every 4 or 5 season if we're lucky.

Domestically we'll be fine, league anyway, I don't see those Bottle Bhoys winning a treble, so that need a right turnaround, the new Rangers act are still a bit behind, but looking at our model won't be long till they're at least challenging in some capacity, probably enough to thwart any 10 in a row, that's a definte non-starter.

Strachan would be the ideal choice, but i don't see that happening.

To be honest, I think Yogi Hughes would do a job here. He loves the club, understands it and wouldn't take * from anyone. Nae european experience but I'm pretty sure he could line us out competent enough and adapt to a needed change

I agree that the same limitations as before will apply if we're back in the market again, however we shouldn't be quick to disregard going down a similiar route again (young, relatively inexperienced, 'forward thinking' etc), basically the things we thought we were getting in Deila.

It can work, even if it hasn't on this occassion. Whoever comes in needs to be far more pragmatic the Deila is, that's for sure.

I'd even take Cecil now, even with his rigamortis setting in.
