    Top of the league
Semi Final a week on Sunday
    Young Tierney has been superb
    Griffiths banging in goals
New/Newish players still to be integrated into the side and develop the team.

All this while our whole world is falling apart to some.

Leigh Griffiths is good enough to carry a Celtic side. That is a positive.

Getting all your negativity in early I see, in case we have another good result tonight.

Treble is on, doing good business early in the January window, Tierney, Rogic and Griff.

How the * is that negative? Having a striker good enough to carry a side is what every football manager who ever lived has looked for.

You know fine well what was negative about it.

    Damning with faint praise.

Can't even be positive without tossing in some bullshit negative as well.

You must be an absolute riot down your local.

    Griffiths being amazing.

Rogic and Tierney establishing themselves in the starting XI.

Not much else apart from that, the best is yet to come though... I hope.

The only reason I never mentioned it was I thought the breakthrough of Tierney and Rogic was more surprising than Griff becoming a great goal scorer but your right he deserves praise in every aspect of our positives so far this season :50:

I mean lets all be honest here at least we aren't defending our championship like Chelsea! I'm happy with this season so far, i am a glass half full kinda guy. I'm surprised with our solid defense and great scoring ability....basically what i'm saying is that it could be a whole lot worse!

We've seen significant improvement in a number of players the management have clearly earmarked on an individual basis; Tierney, Griff, Rogic, Forrest, McGregor. We're making a concerted effort at negating the loss of possibly the best centre half partnership in decades as well.

Small matter of it being mid January and being favourites in all 3 domestic competitions as well.

I think the signing of Sviatchenko and the players we are being linked to is a huge positive because it shows the club are admitting they've signed too many SPFL players and need something else for Europe.

The game against Stranraer really gives me hope that Ronny will start to use different formations for different oppositions. I honestly believe if he adjusts his rigid tactics and adds just one or two more players he can really turn this around.

"if you're into that sort of thing" :97:

Not sure why some bother supporting Celtic anymore.

I have 100% confidence in Ronny. We've hopefully sorted a solid defense I'm just slightly worried about Lustig's fitness and if the new guy turns out good (He's good on Football Manager). Biton and Brown pick themselves and unless Johansen does something to redeem himself I'd play Forrest Rogic Commons as the 3 in behind Griffiths and punt him soon.

    ------------Gordon--------------

    Lustig---Jozo---Erick---Tierney

    --------Bitton---Brown----------

    --Forrest---Rogic---Commons--

    -----------Griffiths---------------

I'm still far from convinced about RD but we have seen some individual improvements regarding some of our players.

The last two games have seen us perform better if which I hope we can continue to build on.

Pleased with the Sviatchencko signing and others we are being linked with, so all in all I hope this is a turning point and we kick on with some real performances and hopefully win the treble.

    Simunovic looks promising
    Sviatchenko sounds promising
Looks like we are finally signing players that will make us better in the long run and not EPL cast-offs/has beens.
