Because these people have to sell themselves. They are not in the business of humanity. They have books to sell, they have a brand image to sell.

Last night was heartbreaking, ansolutely heartbreaking. This right here though, I kept thinking of, drone attacks etc that were hitting weddings in the middle east. How many things like that have happened in other countries because of 'the west'

And how things like last night happen, it's such a pointless, vicious, astonishing waste of life, big * circle.

    * kills me man.

It's a vicious cycle. One things for sure though, the current plan of terrorist attack leading to further 'intervention' in the region just doesn't work.

It does mate, and its time to choose who's side you are on, for anyone who doesn't have mental health issues, the choice is simple.

Who could we go to war with though? It's an ideaology. I still think the most likely scenario here is that the culprits were local people acting alone, probably born in Europe.

I still can't shake the feeling that the war in Iraq contributed greatly to the terrorism we see now.

You're right, western actions fan the flames of conflict but the biggest perpetrators of this violence all across the world are Islamic extremists.

Everyone will now know about these attacks in Paris but lets not forget there was a double suicide bombing in Beirut a few days ago (targeting Shia Muslims, these people think Shia are 'heretics'), the perpetrators are the same. People all across the world must unite to defeat this ideology.

A statement such as this is simplistic nonsense. Who is the enemy you are going to fight? Where will the battle take place? How do you choose your side?

Violence leads to violence. You kill a man, his two sons pick up a rifle. The futility of war.

    Crazy talk

We're moving towards a state of control...

I will post this link, but before I get lambasted and attacked for being a tinfoil hat kind of guy, I really think people need to think about these attacks, the way they're carried out, publicised and immediately blamed (almost subconsciously now) to Muslims.

    http://gmmuk.com/this-attack-in-par...that-will-strip-us-of-our-fundamental-rights/

To me, I've done my research on the political side of things, corruption, the way the banking system manipulates and controls our government, they way we(the west) manage to conquer and control, whilst trying to wipe out any form of opposition to us crusading into the Middle East to claim heroism and oil.

All the Israel *, and how they bomb and kill innocent Palestinians every day and we do * all about it. It's all so * corrupt and sinister it makes my blood boil. There's always two sides to a coin and there's always more than one motive for a major incident like this.

This is a reality check, in amongst all the people dieing needlessly, and us as humans to have a collective fight against it, it's important to stick to the people you can trust - mainstream media and political evils are not the voices we should listen to in these times. It's ourselves. This will not end unless we as a majority of peaceful human beings stop OUR political leaders, * all over innocent people in the FIRST PLACE.

We're running out of chances to reverse this process now. If we go down the route of escalation, we're all *.

We need to step back and approach this rationally. We don't need more war, it is war that has provided and still provides a necessary condition for terrorism to flourish. We don't need more powers and funding for the so-called security services (what an Orwellian name :54:): quite apart from the dangers of a police state at home, history shows that these bodies have been intimately involved in funding, training, arming, etc terrorist groups from the beginning.

What is needed is radical justice. Both the terrorists (of all nationalities and religions) and the state terrorists in western countries and Israel need to be held accountable for their actions under international law.

Remove the core conditions of suffering (remember that people in certain critical non-western countries have been living with tragedies like this with breathtaking frequency for so long) and injustice and groups like this will wither and die for lack of "feeding".
