HR director now on to justify what they did re withdrawing bonus from low paid workers.

Affects 148 individuals - 'they preferred the wage increase rather than the bonus'

They haven't made a decision to increase the lowest paid to the new LW rate of £8.25.

He claims employees are happy and that they are a 'good employer ' . Mike Hayes banging on about Investors in People award.

Apparently they have a new employee engagement scheme......

Tony Hamilton from the Celtic Foundation now on. Describing some of the schemes which they support for disabled children.

They gave £40000 to British Red Cross, and other smaller donations to Glasgow Cares for an ambulance and another local charity.

Everyone should be proud of the Celtic Foundation. Thanked everyone for their support

RD on now. 'A lot of good things but some setbacks of course'.

Celtic is a big family - I get a lot of support.

Reaction to criticism: I am disappointed as well. We are conceding too many goals, especially at home.

I see also progress. I see small things we have to do to get into the Champions' League.

Talks about giving chances to the young players.

He did not understand how big the role of the fans was. The fans are standing behind us all the time.

I have great ambition for the team.

My ambition for the club is that I want us to play the Celtic way, attacking football.

It's always the same every year at the AGM I can almost guess what will happen at them.

The fact that there was laughter when the annual "Dermot Desmond can't make it today" announcement was made says it all really.

Res 3: Relection of Tom Allison FOR 99.5%

Res 4: Reelection of Brian Wilson. FOR 99.91%

Res 5: Reelection of Ian Livingston. Oh somebody getting up to ask a question. Pointed out the items in the Annual Report re the Foundation

Res 6: Reappoint auditors - passed

Res 7: To decide the remuneration of the auditors PASSED

Res 8: To grant authority to allot shares (around 16% of value) FOR 99.91%

Res 10: Living Wage: Being moved by Dave Moxham, co-director of Scottish Living Wage campaign

He is talking about the effect on workers of the move to the LW and how Celtic's leadership is so important.

Reality is that nothing was ever going to happen today. The problems we all have are on the pitch at the moment, they aren't going to sit and slaughter Ronny when they have gave him their backing.

I'm happy with how they handled the HMRC stuff though, state our positions, no sly digs to distract away from real issues, just state our position.

Bankier getting all emotional - says IL has been abused on social media. He is nearly greeting.

Bankier does an emotional club open to all speech and attacks people who express political views

The show of hands against has forced the chairman to call a poll. He then tells us he is 'very disappointed' in us.

People are raging at that patronising ridiculous comment.

The only way things are going to change in a radical way is if the ordinary fan buys their way into the club in enough numbers to affect these votes every year.

It's clear that the current lot in attendance aren't interested.

Smug * Bankier supplies the headlines by saying “Some of the abuse to Livingston was racist”.
