If Delia goes I'd take Moyes.

Like most people I have lost faith in Ronny being able to take us forward in Europe. But I am not sure changing manager at the end of the season would be the wisest thing. If we were going to change it would have to be now. If we brought a new manager in , then new players , we would be back to square one. Champions Leauge qualifying in July with new management and players. The added pressure of Sevco coming into the league, it would be a disaster and the end of any manager if we struggled against them !!

For me the obvious and probably the cheapest option for the board is to keep Ronny but get rid of Collins and Kennedy. Ronny needs help and a strong coaching staff, those 2 don't seem to be doing it.

Clearly he never left it as much as needed but it would still be a different experience, different culture of football. He'll have learned from it.

Getting out of your own bubble of football does the world of good, Paul Lambert's always said about how much Germany opened his eyes to another side of football, same with Guardiola and Roma.

I know what you're saying but I still think it's a learning experience.

For me Lambert is a no-go guys attitude is stinking from what I can see and he is a oldco sympathiser from what I heard last night!

Larsson and Keane have both knocked it back. RD domestically has done very good and what is expected of him, after all you can only beat what is put infront of you.

Do we lack the knowhow in Europe you would have to say yes no doubt, but for me RD is the manager and deserves the backing the now and maybe take stock at the end of the season, but if and its a big if, he wins a treble or even a double could you sack him??? Saying that Real Madrid sacked a manager after winning the CL!

Pointless thread as we won't sack Deila as he's the best puppet for the board.

Shocking thread. Get behind the man that currently holds the position & IF he goes then open up the debate.

Aye, all those solid years at Everton count for * all. :roll eyes:

Lets just concentrate instead on the 18-months of his poisoned-chalice appointment at Man U (it was a farce), and an admittedly tough season abroad.

Davie Moyes has the skills needed to help get ourselves back on a solid foundation and become a force to be reckoned with again.

Right now we are floating around like a fart in a trance and it is doing my nut in!

That's because you are only on TC when there is something to complain about. There's a lot you will miss in Talkceltic when you are one of the members like you.
