Aye or Janko on the right maybe..

There would be lots of bodies in the box and lots of goals in that system and it would utilise our attacking options much better.

No domestic side would get anywhere near us, IMO.

Teams used to fear coming to Park Head. They now think they can pick up points here.

The tempo and lethargic attitude by the squad falls at the feet of the manager. Never-ending poor tactics and decision making.

    Ronny Deila out.

I read today that Ronnny has signed 19 players and only 2 of those started on Thurs. His approach to bringing in players reminds of the Lou and Andy sketch from Little Britain.

    RD. I want that one
PL .He 's a midfielder Ronny you've got loads of those
RD. Yeh I know, I want that one.
PL. But we bought you two of those a few months ago. They were two of the best young players in Scotland. One can't get on the bench and the other one went straight back to ICT.

RD. Yeh I know I want that one.
PL. How about a striker Ronny you haven't got many of those. Even if you do only use one at a time.

    RD. I want that one.
PL. Why don't we get you a winger Ronny. You often play midfielders out wide, we could get you a winger to play on the wing.

RD. Thats what full backs are for. I want that one.
PL. But the full backs aren't too good at getting crosses in. Are you sure you wouldn't like a nippy little winger.

    RD. I WANT THAT ONE.
PL. Ok Ronny we'll get you that one.

    Contract signed
    RD . I don't want this one.

Cole is his 13th permanent signing.

Of the 13; Duffy was a development squad signing, Bailly is a reserve keeper, Christie is still at ICT, Janko, Jozo and Allan aren't match fit and Scepovic is out on loan. Which leaves; Gordon, Boyata, Ciftci, Armstrong and GMS. All of which played.

    Amazing what perspective does eh?

He signs project players that take time to develop . He has acknowledged the fact that we can't go into the market and buy ready made players that are going to take us to the next level so we have to buy them and mould them over a period of time . That stat only backs up that philosophy .

Cifti didn't start and Gordon was lined up before RD took over. The number of players he's signed that haven't featured is ridiculous. And we're overloaded in midfield and short in other areas.

So what is your point regarding his 19 signings then? Because I've just proven your scatter signing opinion is a load of *.

We're overloaded in midfield because there's 5 positions to play for, it's relative.

I'll give him till Christmas, our next 3 European games and the game against the sheep will be the benchmarks for me. There has to be significant improvement otherwise there has been no improvement and in fact a regression over the past year.

Strange that they've only done it twice this year, draws from fener and hearts, both games our performances merited a win.

You are just typing what you want to hear. It's not based on any sort of reality.

You think teams still fear coming to Celtic Park? Honestly, regardless of whether you like RD or not, I think it's clear as day that we're a relatively soft-touch side that plays a relatively static system.

In Europe though we have been less than convincing at Celtic Park.

A late winner against Qarabag, only just beat Malmo 3-2 and drew against Fenerbahce.

Last season - Beaten by Legia, beaten by Maribor, well beaten by Red Bull, scraped wins against Astra and Zagreb and drew with Inter.

Malmo may have lost the match but they won the tie at CP. We could be a half decade repairing the damage of Ronny. I wouldnt get used to big home wins anytime soon.

If there's so many midfield berths available, why has one of our best youngsters had to drop down to the Championship?

Also of the five positions two would be more suited to wingers.

We could win both games. It's football and anything could happen. There's certainly very little evidence to suggest we will win both games though.
