I see the junior Mourinho's are out in force tonight. Why the * does PL even need Ronny when a quick look over these last two pages would put an unbeatable side on the park, domestically and in Europe.

    * dead easy being a manager on the internet eh boys. :56:

Where are the results of the managers hard work?
He made a big issue of fitness when he arrived. Our 2nd half performances wouldn't suggest that fitness levels have improved.
His signings have been awful so he can't be working too hard on the scouting side of things.
He plays the same formation every game no matter what so that can't be too taxing.
What is he working hard on?

TACTICS. Well persisting to play one up front in all competitions. Does not sit well with me. Especially the league. Especially when that player is Griff. The Bhoy is never a lone striker. Not even tall enough to start with. As said having two wing backs bombing forward all the time with no cover? Balls over Izzys head into that danger space seems consistent. Zonal marking does not work for us. We do not push the back line up rarely ever. No Stokes. The kind of player who can unlock defences and weigh in with a huge amount of assists. Playing away in Europe to a Norwegian team who Ronny should know inside out. Have built this campaign on breaking out and hitting hard. Something we should have been doing last night. We were all * no *. Molde were happy to let us play midfield passes side to side and backwards. Ronny sticks with the same tactics all the time. So don't come and say people on here are not tactical aware. Do you think we are new to this * game. Also some Bhoys on here spend a lot of money going to see the team. I'm sure they can see when a sub is needed and who should be replaced for fresh legs. Mary, Jesus and St Joseph!

What works that?? His pylosophy is the exact same the same day he came to the club, and you bet your bottom dollar his team talks probz the exact same, the players don't look inspired or fired up to me 1 * little bit, facts of the matter are we have went backwards massively, Mowbray,s team would have beat the pish a watched last night, yet there are some still delighted with the norweigan, don't know many bad games av sat there and watched since he came in, not just last night I have felt this for some time, my point was any * would be able to pick 11 players from our club and we would still have won the double last season wasn't an achievement it was what was expected of him considering our highest earners weekly wage dwarfs that of the entire Aberdeen first 11 :50:

I would like to see Ronny given time because I don't think he's had a fair crack of the whip with a stable team free from transfers and injury. We have seen signs that he could produce an excellent team and I prefer to focus on the good games rather than the poor at the moment. Reaching the last 16 of the EL wasn't so bad last year. There is still a possibility we could do so again this year even though it's a tough ask. It almost seems like some people want him sacked before the last 3 games of the EL just incase he turns it round.

It's a risky strategy waiting till the summer because it won't be nice if we fail to qualify for the CL again but I'm willing to take the risk if the payoff is a more consistent team playing more like we did in our first two games against Ajax and Fenerbahce than the Molde game.

Go to Glasgow, take the tour of the stadium then have a look in the trophy room.

Ahhh another ostrich with his head buried in the sand ....You might be happy with the clueless pish on display? But some of us would like to have a team that doesn't resemble the keystone cops every time we play in Europe , I know that's asking a lot but hey shoot for the stars eh !!

I'm with you 60% on your points. And I'm fairly even minded. But my disillusion from last night has not subsided. Ronny will never build his own team here! Also Fenerbache and Ajax games where two games we should have had full points but for our dodgy defence. Don't know any more. Just want to see a good run of games where we play as a team put a string of passes together and a few goals to boot. Overall consistency. Hasn't happened this season.:50:

Has he made a single good signing? I dont think he has in all honesty. Last season the board signed Tonev and Gordon so we might be able do excuse him in the first window. GMS is a squad player and is decent. Armstrong can be good but the jurys still out. I cant think of a single aspect of our club is better under his watch. At least Stokes cant have a tin of coke after training on a Monday though.

    What's a pylosophy?

You're speculating about his team talks based on zero evidence.

What planet are you on where you've seen anyone delighted about Deila after last night?

It was a pathetic performance all round and Deila shoulders a lot of the responsibility for it.

It was starting to show last season and is now clearly evident he can't get close to opponents. At one point he tried to put in a challenge last night - missed . Then tried to just take him out again and totally missed again it was embarrassing. Also some of his passing was worst than careless . At times he's an empty jersey . It's hard to tell if it's him or its what ronny is telling him to do but I definetly don't think he has the legs to be he engine of the team any more . I do think that it's not too hard for a player who has played that role to become more of a sitting midfielder if he has half a brain .

Nobody is saying being a manager is easy, but Ronny does do things that are simply illogical. I could go way, way back to him thrusting Berget into the starting 11 in a crucial CL qualifier when the ink had barely had time to dry in his contract but let's just focus on last night. We knew EXACTLY how Molde would play, and we still played right into their hands. A counter-attacking side who were happy for us to dominate possession and expose us on the break and we STILL insisted on pushing our full backs right up the pitch.

There are plenty of teams in the world who we could play in the champions league who we would know exactly how they are going to play and be relatively powerless to stop them doing so - I'm talking about the Barca's, Real's and Bayern's of the world. Molde should not be one of them.

His propaganda is worse than FannyChemlars. I cant remember which one of them said that on the final day of the transfer window past there we had strengthened our defense in every position. Yes you read that right. Thinking back it was probably * who said it but this buck comes out with the same sort of *. Pro board apologist bullshit.

Would love to see the effect armstrong would have if he was played in centre mid, :50: super ronny has musterd him into the team as a winger but :50: masterclass from the best tactician I have seen at celtic for years
