He knows Norwegian football inside out and we have a far better squad. Their manager was hired yesterday. This game should be a stone cold cert.

Hi we had plenty of Kings over here long before the brits got here. Was the last High King a Donegal man? I think he was.

It's still the same group of players that have 4 points from their first two games and top the group. Solksjaer has managed them before and will still know some of the squad and he's not going to come in and radically change things for our game so it's in no way a stone cold cert.

Playing them tomorrow is no different than playing them two weeks ago.

Nothing is a cert in football but we should be confident of beating the bottom seeds from a weaker league especially because our manager knows the league and the opposition so well. I am not Ronnys biggest fan but I know he knows Norwegian football.

4 points from the next 2 games is ideal and most likliest to be honest.

To expect us to go over to Molde tomorrow and win is incredibly short sighted. As was mentioned before, the caretaker is still on the staff so tactically they'll be unchanged, Solskjaer has already been there and a lot of the players who were there with him are still there, Ronnie reckoned "90 percent" of the team is still there now as was there when Solskjaer was manager first time round. If there is any change to them it will be a boost to their players mentally as they know the "new" manager well and he knows them.

Also mentioned was the fact they've beaten Fenerbahce as well and had better results than us so far in the group. They're top of the group and in poll position for a reason. To assume we'll go there and win because they have a new manager who hasn't been in the door 5 minutes is ridiculous, especially given the circumstances with regards to the new manager as previously explained.

I get the feeling that folk who expect us to win and nothing less tomorrow are just waiting to use any other result other than a win as a stick to beat the manager with. Embarrassing.

If Deila can win the title with an unfancied regional side he can pick up a win tomorrow against a team that is 7th, yes 7th in the Norwegian league.

The seeding in our group has proven to be irrelevant with the results so far.

I'd agree they play in a weaker league, but not that much weaker, the same arguably could have been said for Malmo, Dinamo Zagreb other opponents of a similar level to us which I think is a category Molde fall into. And how much bearing the standard of leagues has on the match is very much up for debate. It's European football not domestic.

Few European games are easy but we should be targeting a win tomorrow. That team is in seventh place in the Norwegian top flight after 20 odd games.

All things considered, it looks as though we'll line up like this tomorrow:

    Gordon
    Lustig Boyata Blackett Izaguirre
    Brown
    Bitton
    Commons Johansen Armstrong
    Griffiths

Maybe Janko for Lustig if he's not ready and Rogic for Johansen if he's not ready.

Hopefully Johansen is fit, he'll be fired up and it could be the game to kick start his season.

In qualifying. They've never made it in..

Our European away form isn't great, win wise, but if we're gonna throw in that we're just plain * away from home and not include other tournaments or qualifiers to suit then that's fine to other's but facts are....We've played 4 Euro away game's thus far and only lost once, to a team who've just pumped Shaktar Donetsk in the big boy's group, won away in Iceland and had 2 credible draws away in Amsterdam and Qarabag..

It's not "* embarrassing", as you've put it..

You've got to love the tims on this site.

Nothing better than some extreme negativity and offering to bet against your own team the night before our biggest match of the season.

    Love this place...

A would say it was quite embarrassing to be honest we have been beaten of the likes of rennes , utrecht, sion, happoel tel aviv, hamburg not exactly world beaters at European or domestic level, am sorry mate but not having won away from home since 2003 with the amount of games we have played and the quality of opposition it's not embarrassing it's * utterly shocking and unacceptable!!!!

And a team that's just pumped Shaktar Donetsk? Must have been a right good pumping, ma sky sports news must have froze on that game because a only seen the first goal coming in at the bottom of the screen what did it finish????

Don't know about you lot but I'm feeling confident for this. We put 2 past Ajax and Fenerbahce and acquitted ourselves very well. Boyata is coming onto a game, Commons is playing well and Griffiths is still on fire. 2-1 Celtic :50:
