Was think Armstrong in for Rogic but he cramped up after 65 mins yesterday think he would be better as a sub. GMS hoping he will step up for the game, think he would react well to starting the game. Johansen a risk since he said he's carrying an injury, rather wait until he's fully fit.

Yeah I'd take 4 points from these 2 games.

I've been impressed with Armstrong in Europe.

He's a powerful and willing runner which is a crucial attribute when teams are putting you under pressure. I'd definitely start him.

Ah right I forgot about him cramping up. Still maybe better to have him on first to get us off to the best start. I love Rogic but he's really hot or cold, never know who's going to show up and it's such a massive game. Same goes for GMS, would be great to see him in full flight again but too risky. I'm pretty sure Johansen will be ready for this game, I don't think it was a bad knock?

True certainly not against starting him. Yeah that's the risk you take, same with Commons you know you aren't going to get much from him but always the chance he'll grab a goal.

Still unsure what's going on with Johansen, he said he's been struggling with a back injury then played for Norway last weekend but not in the squad yesterday and also what Ronny said about him. Might of just rested him and Forrest for Thursday.

Really hope Forrest is fit, need his pace to freak out their defence. I think Commons deserves a start due to his previous performances in the group. It's hard to tell the state of a players injury, Brown was regarded as a doubt for Thursday one minute then cleared for yesterday the next. I think Ronny likes to keep that info a mystery.

Forrest was just a precaution should be fine for Thursday. Brown doesn't like to sit out games, as Ronny said before he plays through injuries no other player would.

Ah that's right, Broony is a warrior and that's why we love him but jeez oh it makes me nervous when he's playing through injury before such a big game. Got to admire it though.

Cheers for the heads up celticbhoys1988 :50: I can't seem to get live action from bet365 on this Android machine.

Winning 3-1 now, they've not lost at home since July, drawn a few games though.

I've not seen them but their previous two results in the group suggest they'll be very confident of taking all 3 points on Thursday.

I was thinking that aswell but before the group started i could see us taking 6 points from them

Aye I think they were regarded as the whipping boys by the pundits before they destroyed Fenerbahce.

Agree though, if we play like we did the first two games minus the errors we should have a decent chance of all 3 points, a draw at least then beat them at Parkhead. Going to be tense. Can't wait!

Should be going to win this. Christian Wulff, a Norwegian journalist/podcaster living in Scotland, said that if Molde were in our league then he reckons they'd be just below Aberdeen.

Obviously won't be easy but I think we're capable of getting the win.
