    might sound jamie oliver style here, but whack in a breast a chicken breast in the wok with some peppers cajoun spice, toast a couple a frajietas an spread some salsa on , a bit of lettuce and wack on the cajoun chicken with spices, done in under 10 mins. some munch if ur no too *:84: sounds like work but am tellin u it`s no.
