Am I the only one who thinks that Aguero is massively overrated as well? He never seems to do anything of note when it really counts.

I actually agree he's overrated. His goals to minute ratio is always terrific though

I agree with all of this. Watching him play makes me physically angry. Champions League semi final and he stoots around like he is in the park with an ice cream. Wouldn't want him anywhere near a Celtic jersey, no heart, no soul, no effort.

Joe Hart had the audacity to look disappointed last night. From what I saw, they didn't deserve to be there. Absolutely no will to win or through caution to the wind. Gutless.

I dunno, he can look it at time's. Quite lazy, moody and uninterested.... Maybe he's a mate of Yaya's :fear:

On his day he can be frightening but he is a tad overrated. Seems to go missing in game's quite often and also runs sometimes with the ball, like he doesn't know where he's going and it's bouncing off *'s. Similar but to a lesser standard of Suarez..

Still a top player, elite? I'll decide next year..

Wouldn't suprise me. Kolo lost his legs when he was about 29 and Yaya when he was about 30. For the last 2/3 seasons Yaya has jogged about at snails pace like a pensioner on the park constantly looking *.

The game last night was dire compared to the night before, Real Madrid for me are boring as *, no creativity about them at all and Man City looked like they were playing a friendly match instead of a CL semi, game seemed to pass bye without either team breaking sweat or any quality at all.

The difference, of course, is that big Kolo is a grinning, happy as * goon of a guy, whilst Yaya is a moaning faced *.

    I mean, check him out;

I'll bet every * celebrated his birthday!

I'd have to say yes, yes you are.

Never heard that opinion before. He is an unbelievable striker surrounded by over paid and under performing dumplings. Easily top 5 in the World strikers wise.

Easily top five? Off the top of my head, I'd say the top five could be any combination of Messi, Suarez, Neymar, Ronaldo, Muller, Ibra & Lewandowski. Even if you don't count Ronaldo as a striker that's still six I'd put ahead of him.

Don't get me wrong, Aguero looks great against some English sides but I've never really seen him do it when it matters at the highest level.

    Very true.

Pretty anonymous over the two games against Madrid. I do think he suffers from being surrounded by players of a lesser ability - Silva and Aguero aside.

Yeah, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying he's * by any stretch. He's probably top ten in the world for me, but he's not as good as he's made out to be in my opinion. Not top five anyway.

Messi, Neymar and Muller are not strikers.

Aguero has a better strike rate in a poorer team than the likes of Henry, RVN and RVP.

An exceptional striker and again, I've never heard or read anyone say he's over rated other than yourself.

I think he's really good. I do agree he's one of the best. But I don't think he's quit as good as he's made out. Not at the level of Suarez

Aye, he's definitely a great player. I agree though, he's not elite level. Not top five in my opinion, unless you rule out Neymar, Ronaldo, Messi, Ibra etc as not being strikers! :smiley-laughing002:

Until you just brought it up and others agreed with you!

Who is at the level of Suarez as an out and out striker? No one.

Ibra has been a striker his entire career.
