Personally, everytime another great player or manager joins that league, I die inside a little. In about 5 years time I'll be on a morphine drip.

I detest that league with the burning rage of a thousand suns. But hey ho, for now I'll enjoy their failure.

2 all Spanish finals will do for me.

Kompany can't be trusted either. They need to move on from him. 25 league games last season and only 10 this season.

Aguero, Silva and De Bruyne. Those are the three the team has to be built around. The only 3 who you would say are special players.

They'll build around Joe Hart too. He has the odd mistake in him but he's a good keeper

True. I'm not a huge fan but he's probably one of the last that needs replaced.

Just saw that, disgraceful. Barely even walking.

    Also saw this.

Yaya Toure's Game by numbers vs. Real Madrid:

    83% pass acc.
    0 shots
    0 chances created
    0 tackles won
    0 interceptions

City is the perfect example that money can't buy success. They have been irrelevant in Europe forever and this season won't change a thing. They constantly get exposed for what they are: a plastic club with no history or traditions.

In fact, if they dissapeared from the face of the earth today I doubt more than 3 people would sincerely care.

With that being said, Pep could bring massive success all of a sudden and make them relevant for the first time. However they need at least 9 new players and it will be interesting to see whether they can get them.

Yaya Toure has been like a man short in Europe for a while now. It used to be even more noticeable when they played with two strikers, with Toure and Silva in a four man midfield. They got exposed time and time again. Milner isn't the greatest of players, but at the time, he was the only midfielder who played in Europe that would put in a shift defensively for them. Glad they are out anyway, hopefully Liverpool get knocked out of Europe tonight as well, and that will be that for the English teams in Europe.

Athletico and Real seem to only face off in the Final if its held in a City where Celtic played in the Final

Chelsea, Man City and PSG were all * before they had money, one has been European Champion since, all 3 have won their first titles in absolute donkeys years. It may not buy you the Champions League, because all the top teams are loaded, but you have to remember that without money, Man City wouldn't even be there. It can bring success. It has.

I'm glad City are out now but it seems totally nuts to me that a European Cup final is a local derby.

And the second local derby in the last 3 years.

Guardiola has his work cut out for him for next season to say the least. I'm one of his biggest fans as a manager but I doubt he can turn them around in one season.

Yaya has been awful for a couple of years now, especially in a midfield 2. Play him against a decent midfield and he will leave Fernando and the already awful back 4 exposed. He is a lazy * with no intent of tracking back or pressing the ball. A belting goal now and again doesn't make up for being a passenger the rest of the time. He will be going to China in a couple of months

A boy in my football team a few years ago said it was a shocking decision let him go from Barca and replaced him with an inferior player in Busquets :smiley-laughing002::smiley-laughing002:

Toure plays like a 42 year old, dirty big lazy * of a player.
