Cup competitions like this is a win at all costs, something which probably suits Ateltico more than any of the other big teams.

He is easily a better player than both them two, and Chelski didn't want to sell him he wanted back to Atletico as he couldn't settle, if you think Azpilicueta is better than Luis then im totally amazed

If he doesn't, then he will have failed twice on the biggest stage of club football.

He played 15 times for Chelsea not bad in one season for somebody that couldn't get a game, and in your opinion who are better in his position in the world, and please dont mention Marcelo again the guy cant defend for fucksake

Filipe Luis is a fantastic left back. Might not be the best but he's up there.

I'm not bothered about Atletico's style of play. Too many teams at the top level play the same way and it becomes a case of who has the best player on the day to make the difference.

Here is a team without a real top level star who defend, deny their opponents space and work hard as a group.

I'd have Alba and Alaba before him, for starters.

I don't know why it never worked out at Chelsea because every time I've seen him play, pre and post Chelsea he's top class.

I'd easily have him before Azpilicueta.

Alaba probably but not Alba. Never been impressed with him defensively.

I will give you Alaba but Alba is far to small and his positional sense is more than suspect, my main point being this guy is up there and it just never worked out at Chelski mate :50:

Agree Azpilicueta has been shocking some of the games ive seen him, but anytime i see Luis he is steady as * and more than gets forward aswell

I actually think you're right. As much as I don't want them to, I think Atletico will do it this time.

It takes a very shrewd manager to break Atletico's tactics down and to outsmart Simeone. I'm not sure Zinedine Zidane is that guy. I could easily see the final being like tonight's game. Real will have oodles of possession but won't be able to do a whole lot with it. When they start getting frustrated, Atletico will probably break away and score. Or they'll win on penalties after a boring 0-0 draw.
