UEFA Champions League 2015/16

Call me boring, but I like watching a team who know how to defend and know how to win. I think Atletico are great to watch and I'm delighted they've gone through. Simeone deserves to win that cup.

 

They took it to another level. This isn't diddies, this is some of Europe's best player's, Spanish World cup winner's amongst it. Not sporadic, it was obviously instructed from before as it was pure cheating for 95 minute's..

I'd still rather anyone win than City though. Real preferably..

 

How did they get on in Europe this year?

 

Thats what they do though mate, and i honestly dont see Real or Barca being any better, its basically a continental thing that is slowly creeping into all of the game

Exactly what I expected though.

Watching Atletico against Barcelona and Bayern reminded me of watching the Huns run to Manchester in 2008. * football to watch, just a team defending for their lives. And Diego Simeone is a *. I will even support Manchester City in the final if it means Simeone doesn't get his hands on the big cup.

All team's cheat and have moment's, but set out to cheat from the off, for the whole game ? They owned that crown tonight. They were so fixated on cheating that they were nearly out by half time and shoulda been about 3 nil down..

I honestly wanted to explode watching that..

 

Godin from Atletico is * hot as well.

I think if Atletico only concede 1 or less goal in their last 2 League games they'll set a new record for least goals conceded in a Spanish season.

Sorry but Oblak, that Atletico team has quality in Gabi Godin and arguably the best left back on the planet in Luis, yes they are all defensive minded but even you cant argue they get results, now you take Leicester's main players Drinkwater Kante even Morgan and Fuchs they are all of the same ilk

 

Aye guy is an absolute monster at the back, no he doesn't bring it out from the back like Ramos or Pique but he is head and shoulders above them as a defender

 

Probably been the best centre half for about 3/4 years now, imo

 

Football fans are very easy to complain about about other teams engaging in skullduggery, but either quiet or celebratory when their own team does the same thing.

 

Whoopty doo... They're the biggest club in the world with one of if not the biggest budgets in the world (helped by some dodgy accounting and tax avoidance )

Atletico are the people's champion, hard work, grit and determination.
