I'd be surprised if he stays considering we need to lose players and it was pretty much accepted that he was away.

young KT showing older players how to be a Celt on the pitch and in Contract negotiations.

Shooders can play and at times can be a game changer BUT he needs to cut out the theatrics, throwing his arms in the air when eased of the ball, spending too long on his * instead of getting up and getting stuck in.

Maybe it was too much too soon for young James and he had his head turned and started to believe he was the finished article. Not only our defenders that have to toughen up.

Too many softies in the team.. If shooders wants to stay then he needs to start performing EVERY week - he's no longer a youngster and if he hasn't got the heart for the fight then go down south for easy money and let a hungry young player take his place.

Probably one of the European games before Christmas. He was one of very few players that turned up in those games.

He wasn't played much at all after Christmas because he wasn't signing a new deal. It wasn't anything to do with his ability.

I think it is more his application than his ability that is being questioned by most mate.

I'd substitute him anytime he threw his arms in the air. It's infuriating as usually he's went down easily or just been out muscled. Good player but total and utter shitebag.

For the length of time he's been at celtic we still arnt sure what he's capable of, he's half hearted far to often and that seems to be the same with his choice to sign a contact..he irritates me but if he came good I wouldn't care if he was a wee *.

Thinking about it more I don't see the outrage in keeping him on, he is a decent player on his day and more often than not defences find it hard to handle him running at them without fouling him. The comparison with Sterling some make has something in it and maybe Brendan can see some of Sterling in him with the right tweaking. His running style is similar to Sterling, they'be both got good body strength, good athleticism, great is his pace and his ability to beat a man or win fouls. But they are also similar in the fact that their end product both in assists and goals leaves a lot to be desired at times. But hopefully Brendan can get something more out of Forrest and improve his game more.

For me he's a much better option than GMS, Armstrong on the wings and I don't mind him getting a new contract at all because when he's on his game I rate him, he just needs to be much more consistent both in form and importantly fitness. Which for me is still the biggest stumbling block I have in offering a new contract, the fact he has been soo injury prone is the biggest sole reason I would hesitate in giving him a new contract as he can't be relied upon to stay fit throughout the season and when he gets injured it's not just a week he's out it's sometimes months before he's back again and then there's always the risk that he's not far from a breakdown again. If he is over his injuries though then for me I'd give him a new contract.

I know and that's fair enough, but a lot of people do seem to be questioning his ability and saying he isn't good enough, unless we make signings then he's our best left winger at the moment.

Also I think you could question the application of the majority of the squad based on last season.

He's not good enough, says it all that no clubs of any stature are wanting to sign him.

Probably more due to his injury record than his ability though.

It's not just his attitude that's the problem, he's * pish. Patrick Roberts, that's a good wide player. Forrest isn't even half the player.

    Get him to * Brendan.

For sure mate, he's a coward with nowhere near enough footballing ability. It actually amazes me that he's still here.
