James Forrest

I'm one of the few that would like him to stay...one of the very few fast paced players that will take the defender on. When I compare him to Armstrong or GMS on the wing, I'd prefer Forrest any day

 

He's injury prone and probably thinks he should be a top earner even more reason to punt him

 

His attitude stinks. Always has.

"Brown lays it off to Forrest, Forrest down the wing, he cuts inside for the millionth time, his head is still down and his teammates are screaming for a pass, now he's ran into a wall defenders, he's on his * and he's given away possession. Nope he's not tracking back, he's still looking at the referee to give him something, wait, now he's yapping at his teammates."


Zero development in all the years he's been here.

 

Arrogant wee * and I will be glad to see the back of him .

Never fulfilled his potential. I don't think he's had that great development since he burst onto the scene.

I wouldn't go out my way to keep him and would be on my list to let go in the summer.

 

Pretty much sums up my feelings , was quite happy when he knocked back the new contract , has pace and not much else , no end product , will b surprised if he gets a better offer .

 

He's not pushed on from his early potential. Seems largely disinterested.

He'll probably come on tonight and play well and everyone will want him kept though.

 

Has there been any interest from other clubs in the wee runt?

And I don't rate Forrest at all!

 

I wonder whether that might have been influenced by the club going completely backward and the team with it....

 

Haven't heard any reports. The guy is totally unprofessional and has obviously failed to strive to improve his skills. Roberts is highlighting how average and lazy Forrest has been.

The best he will do is find a Championship club willing to pay him a wage.

Hope we can secure a development fee for him.

 

If Roberts wasn't here he'd be our best winger.

Attitude is questionable but Id still rather we kept him unless we are going to be in the market for decent wingers in the summer.

 

Wish Lennon was still at Bolton, would have been able to punt him down there.

 

I'm delighted he's leaving, I'll only be bitter if he stays.

 

He should be playing here and in the team. Him and Roberts on the wings and anyone agruing with that don't know a thing about football.

 

What an arrogant statement. Forrest has rightly been frozen out. He doesn't want to sign a new contract so he can * off. Yeah I agree he's probably a better option that Armstrong or Allan in that position, but as I said, he's rightly frozen out.
