James Forrest

The one saving grace about the James Forrest situation is that he's out of contract this summer.

 

I'd offer him a new contract. I know today is not a good day to say that but we will take the cheap way out and sign some impostor from dudo dougie dougie as a replacement. Also I think a proper football manager will get the best out of him.

 

He's awful . No end product at all , time for him to leave

If I was Celtic's manager I would have this guy standing for two hours every day doing nothing but cross the ball into the box. It's such a huge flaw in his game.

 

I'd have him square go with Broony every morning, man him up a bit

 

Shooders is probably like the pretend nut nut in Scum, but for different reason's. Everybody feart to go near him incase he pulls his smalls down..

 

Broony would burst him in about five seconds. Don't see what good that would do him. :smiley-laughing002:

 

Samaras got a lot more grief than Forrest ever got, but at least sammy had the ability to step up when required.

It's sad we let the likes of ledley run down his contract and not offer him the same terms but willing to put contracts on the table for Forrest.

He was awful. A shitebag of a footballer. I would be glad to say ta ta to him.

 

Well as long as it makes you feel better.

 

Not as good as Regi Blinker, but because he's Scottish and "Wee Jamesy", that's enough for a section of our support.

Hes absolutely rotten and playing 1 good game every 15 just doesnt cut it at Celtic.

 

I have said it once and i will say it again , he never mastered the basic techniques of football. He doesn't shoot with proper form ( head over the ball , laces, no backspin) - he can only kick the ball in one way ( a lofted , pitched pass ) - his shots are just lofted passes at goal. He has always kicked the ball one way no matter what the scenario calls for . Technically limited. A terrible footballer who can not shoot , delivers one good cross out of twenty and has a rotten attitude.

 

Weird thing is, he wasn't always that way, he shot with real power, laces through the ball, when he first came into the squad, showed good variety with both feet as well.

I wonder if with his injuries he changed it to avoid hurting himself and now he's grown into keeping it that way.

He'd be lost in the likes of La Liga though.
