He gets a lot of unjustified agro for no reason at all, people never seem to remember his good performances and just resort to the old sick note patter, hilarious how underrated his technical ability is also.

It's because how frustrating he is. Sometimes, he just decides * this, this is my game and he does it.

Other times he decides to hide. He's a 1 game in 2 player, and it's no ends of frustrating.

He's played well every game this season bar 2, unreal how he's still getting tarred with this brush he's arguably been our most consistent player this season.

He gets singled out for stick more than anyone else when he does nothing in a game its mental.

I really don't agree with that mate. He's hid alot this season, also stood up and be counted when it matters most. I think he's still finding his feet with him playing every week.

He'll get there, I think you'll see him explode after Christmas, when you have a full weeks training between games rather than 3 games a week really.

He's missing Stokes and Hooper, although he's playing well probably our best player this season you get the feeling nothing really clicks with the other players around him like Rogic, Griffiths, Johansen and Armstrong compared to a few years ago when he played with Ledley, Stokes and Hooper who all combined well, now he's like a spare player who plays well but theres nobody else for him to combine with.

There's a thread on KDS where they tally up the MOTM for every game this season and Forrest is up there right at the top, people forget his good performances so easily, you can really only argue that Griffiths has been better this season.

    Rank rotten.

Destined for the bench at a bottom half english championship side, just like Tony Watt and countless others, before returning to St Johnstone, Dundee United etc

He is suffering from our lack of bodies in the box.

He goes on the outside and whips in a cross there is nobody in there to meet it.

He cuts inside and there is no one to play one twos with.

He has been one of our best players this season if not the best.

Our bodies in the box are suffering because of his inability to put a good cross in.

Granted, he does go on the outside, and is good at it, but his final ball is 9 times out of 10 shocking.

I think he's played well this season when he's in the mood, but he is the most frustrating player since Samaras left.

He has the ability to be unplayable, but is far too inconsistent for me.

The praise he took for his performance the other night made me think I was watching a different game tbh.

    I thought he was rotten.

Nothing to do with who is or isn't in the box. His end product is non existent.

Honestly, in my time supporting Celtic, I can't remember a player attract so much over the top praise as Forrest.

I'll give him praise when it's due, and have done many times, but even when he has an ordinary game there seems to be an influx of over the top praise for him, as though he is world class.

I think he is a fantastic player on his game, and when he is in the mood, but like some others have said, those games are few and far between.

There seems to me to be an attitude problem with him, and the excuse that he is still not back to full fitness must stop now.

To say he has been our player of the year so far is laughable.

Best player for us this year, has been Griffiths, in my opinion.

I'd be interested to see how many assists Forrest actually has this season.

This post is laughable, "Attitude problem" "Games few and far between" "Excuse he's not back to full fitness".

For real man, no one is being saying anything like that because he has been performing basically week in week out, he's constantly our most dangerous player, the only guy who looks threatening in Europe.

He has performed extremely well this season, two bad games all season. Take a look at the link I posted and you'll see what the fans have thought of his performances, your spiel about him receiving over the top praise is extremely laughable, not one single player in our squad takes as much pelter's and criticism for no reason.
