Mackay-Steven has been anonymous this season. Forrest deserves a start ahead of him.

Is it just me or has he got quicker... A lot of times when he's outpacing a player it doesn't even look like he's going his full speed. Another good performance. Put in a hard shift and was dangerous attacking but can still do better and improve next tuesday

Played fairly well. Honestly don't think it was a great game for him though.

Was very unlucky with a few of his crosses as he was making the right decisions on where to put them.

From what I can see, he's shifted quite a bit of weight and got over the niggling injuries that have been hindering him over the last few years. He looks so fit now compared to previously (how much did he run tonight?), and is taking players on again. I think he didn't run before in case he would pull something or whatever, he looked scared and of course his confidence was visibly low. In the last 2/3 games he hasn't looked afraid to take players on and get the legs going.

He still needs to work on his end product but I'm pleased with him just now. I hope he keeps this up, a bit of consistency wouldn't go amiss! Ronny has handled him brilliantly. Its GMS' turn now, he was excellent in pre-season but got injured in the warm up before Stjarnan and hasn't looked the same.

He was our best player without being great.

His attitude and determination tonight was better than ever, tracked back and got stuck in. He beat their full back a few times but never did anything with the ball. Three or four times he cut inside and ran straight into a player.

Yeah I've noticed he looks stronger and not being pushed off the ball easily. I don't fully agree with the end product though. He put some top notch balls across the face of goal in the first half just nobody there, but yeah he needs to get in a shot at times or that killer pass

Had a real appetite and burst a gut. Roasted that left back countless times and as of now, he's first pick over Gms. People woulda laughed at that at the start of the season..

Aye fair few times. Shot shy to. It's a confidence thing. His always seems to be a poor bit of play away from rock bottom.

Think he put more tackles in tonight than he has the past 3 years

He played well tonight. But he's so one dimensional. Needs to mix things up instead of kick ball and run.

Not a fan by any stretch but played very well tonight. Got the ball out his feet well a right good few times and was positive the whole night.

He's played well the last few games. Showed great fight tonight and looked like he really wants to prove he should be starting.
Glad he's starting to find a bit of form. I was defending him when he was playing bad but was almost giving up on him.
Let's hope he get's a bit of consistency going now.

I've had mixed opinions of him over the past 2 seasons. Tonight I thought he was our best player. Keep it going wee man
