Exactly. Soon's he took that extra touch I lost it. Was ready to take back everything I said about him the other day if he'd scored as well.

Incredible to see Forrest speeding up and passing his players.

He did that a couple of times.

    Incredible.

He's not been the same player since he got his * out for that lassie. Wonder if she told him it was small.

Goal would have done him a world of good.

Done well to get in the position, but felt he bottled it from shooting rather than seeing the pass as a better option. Angle for the shot wasn't bad.

That chance pretty much summed him up in one.

Good pace to drive by the defenders, bit of luck at the same time and then poor decision making at the end of it.

Shot was definitely the better option. It was a sign that he probably makes a better impact sub than starter, though. IMO.

Agreed. He has a positive impact regardless. Carried the ball and allowed us a breather. Would keep him around for that purpose.

Should have shot, would have been a class goal.

Even if the keeper saved it, it would have most likely bounced out into the 6 yard box for a tap in for Griff or whoever else.

Bite their hand off for half of that. Stokes and Forrest both seem to have bad attitudes unfortunately as they are both quite decent on their day but Forrest is a massive disappointment and I'd take the first offer that comes in. Maybe if Lenny does come in for him, he can have a fresh start and do reasonably well but I don't think that will be at Celtic.
Like someone else said, Ronnie seems to believe he can turn Shooders fortunes around, kind of a project, and as much as that would be great I just don't think he has the attitude to play for a club like ours. Shame.

Maybe, if one of them was holding a bag with £4.5 million in it.

You get the feeling that Deila sees him as his biggest challenge player development wise, you got the exact same feeling with Lennon as well.

What was the injury that kept him out yesterday?

Lenny talking about him at the Champions League qualifier was interesting. Sometimes you forgot that Lenny wasn't daft enough to be unaware of his flaws because he was viewed as essential by him.

There is clearly something there worth working at. If he wasn't good, we'd have cut our losses by now.
He'll never reach his potential, the amount of time he has missed through injury has presumably made sure of that, but he can still be a good player for us.
