Nicely put. And I tend to agree on each point.

I think it's a worrying and sad sight now to see him starting to wander into wee pockets where it's impossible to receive a pass.

I'm not sure if it's a confidence thing with him now, or further proof that he increasingly looks to have given up?

I know a lot of people have noticed his lack of attacking the full back and sprinting to the line, but I always thought that could be put down to fear of another injury, a kinda mental thing. This latest thing I've personally noticed though, just looks like he is now starting to hide, and really looks uninterested.

I watched him closely today, and he was walking about with no effort to run into space in and around their box. Simply walking into areas where the pass wasn't on.

Quite sad to see from a player who could offer so much more.

I really think he's finished at us, and it now seems more of a mentality thing.

Ronny does still seem to have faith....

I suppose it'll be about when HE decides that there's no place for him any more...

I'm like a few here.. I like JF as a player. And really did/do still want him to succeed.

On his day he is more than good enough! Unfortunately it's too infrequent.

He has scored some key goals for us and has always earned a wee bit of slack with me.

The winner in the home leg against Shakter HarryCarry a couple of seasons ago that took us into the CL group stage proper ( when it looked like extra time and penalties at best)...sticks in my mind among a 'few' others.

I think Ronny sees Forrest as a personal challenge. I think he's finished though.

Poor today, like Paul67 said looked to be going into pockets of space were he wasn't able to receive the ball; I think it's a confidence thing with Forrest just now and firmly believe he'll get by it and we'll be seeing a different player half way through the season. I'm sure he'll come good, you can take my word for it.

I agree. He clearly recognises that his days are numbered and the fans are disappointed with his lack of progress, and really a regression in his performances.

Hopefully he can turn it around and become a big player for us again.

If not this season, then the chopping block surely awaits.

It frustrates the life out of me this carry on with Forrest, I wish he could just sort it out and do what he is capable of.

    Injuries/mental toughness have * him.

    He's just not good enough.

Best getting rid of Jim and give a youngster a chance.

Aye a bit of drive and determination could have went a long way.

It annoys me, technically there's nothing stopping anycunt from having the drive and determination of Broony. It's down to your own head.

Apparently it's what Deila instilled into Johansen.

Forrest with Johansen or a Broony like attitude would be a big asset to have.

He's just not got the minerals though.

Forrest has always been seen as the "golden bhoy" at Celtic so has never really had to mature.

Broony and Johansen had to work and get themselves to a club like Celtic, Forrest didn't.

So aye, not got/never had the minerals as you say.

When someone told him he needed to show some balls he took it literally.

Broony has always had that attitude, it comes natirally to him. Johansen had to work at it.

There is nothing stopping Forrest from doing the same. He won't though.
